When you first see the view at Villa La Susa the only word that comes to mind is wow. The house layout is perfectly designed to take advantage of the breathtaking views of Peter Bay. We even stayed in another house close by in Peter Bay and Villa La Susa had it beat hands down. The entire property is first class all around with every little detail well thought out including the outdoor shower, the amazing bar area, and the wrap around pool which has steps right onto the deck next to the main living area and kitchen. You won't find a better vacation villa!

As mother of the bride, who was not on board with a destination wedding, I retract every doubt . This exquisite home surpassed every dream I envisioned for my only daughter.
Located high in the hills of Peter Bay, this gated community truly was the epitome of a fantasy wedding. Parents and siblings had privacy , space, when desired, and gorgeous shared living areas of the private pool, hot tub, outdoor bar . Some of the suites had kitchenettes which was extremely beneficial for early coffee and a small refrigerator. The balconies of each suite overlooked the waters that rivaled a post card scene.
Guests of the wedding stayed in neighboring villas within the gates. The property manager was always available if needed, courteous and efficient. I could not give enough accolades for this beautiful site. The architecture , stonework, designs, artifacts etc. of this home, truly left us in awe. It was the most beautiful place I have ever experienced !
Mothers and Fathers of Brides and Grooms...consider La Susa as your ceremony site. The natural flora , the elegance, the ease of having one central place, and the wonderful people of St. John made her wedding unforgettable. Thank you Villa La Susa. -

TexasMagnificent House, Breathtaking Location

This was the 2nd time we leased a home in the Peter Bay subdivision and we were delighted with the house. The home is high on the hill so we had great breezes the entire time we were there. We took advantage of some different beaches on the island, but thoroughly enjoyed the pool at the house. We were with friends and the goal was a lot of R & R, which we did!
We had an unbelievable caterer do dinner for us 4 out of 7 nights and it was more than worth it. The food was world class! Ted Robinson is his name, and his company is Ted's Supper Club.
We were able to rent 3 of the 6 bedrooms. I appreciated having that option. Another great place to eat on the island is ZoZo's - it's Italian and it is divine!
