Villa Sammartini (PES), is a perfectly landscape integrated 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom villa located on the hillside of Petit Cul de Sac. This truly wonderful villa offers awe-inspiring, uninterrupted view out over the ocean.
PES Italian owner has brought the spirit of Italy to St. Barth's. The villa was specifically designed to take full advantage of the wonderful setting, views and privacy.
The main house includes a large living room with lots of comfortable couches, a gourmet kitchen, a lovely dining pavilion with another magnificent dining area that creates a magical al fresco dining room.
