White Sands Villas are a collection of idyllic, luxuriously furnished air-conditioned villas & cottages situated in a secluded and exclusive area of St. Vincent known as Ratho Mill.

Just 10 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes to the capital, Kingstown, White Sands is located on the peninsular overlooking the yachts in the bay.

The Luxury Dock Cottage is the original White Sands building located right above the water and small dock below. There is a small peaceful beach which is  accessed from a few steps directly off the cottages deck.

The lar...ge decking area to the front and both sides of the cottage is the ideal place to relax in the breeze, read a book perhaps and listen to the waves lapping on the shore...  There is a large section of the deck with built in seating and cushions.

The cottage contains 2 en-suite bedrooms of a similar size (the Master contains a King sized bed and the second room contains a double) both are furnished to modern & tasteful standard.

The kitchen / dining / living area is all open plan with large windows and doors which lead out to the deck. The kitchen is very well equipped with hob, oven and dishwasher, large US style fridge / freezer and all usual appliances. A portable Gas BBQ is also available.

When

you are not experiencing the island, cook in your modern, compact

kitchen and dine on your private veranda watching the stars &

listening to the ocean...

The living space contains comfortable sofa's and a large 42' flatscreen Cable TV, ipod dock. This room is also air conditioned

The dock cottage has access to a lovely jacuzzi which overlooks the water - ideal for a relaxing cool off after a day enjoying the island or exploring the

coast line in the double kayak available for guests use...

Nestled within a lagoon and surrounded by a

tranquil bay, quiet beaches and lush greenery, there is easy access to

local bars and restaurants, supermarkets, gyms, yacht clubs, taxi’s and

local transportation.

Ideal for business travelers or leisure and perfect for families

wanting a safe ‘home from home’ atmosphere with friendly management staff always

available for help and advice. The cottage has duel voltage (110 & 240 v) so all appliances are compatible.
