dishwasher. Adjacent to the large open plan area you will find a separate utility

On the ground floor you will also find the first 4 bedrooms of this villa.
The master bedroom features a double bed and offers amazing views of the
sea. This bedroom has the luxury of an en suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath as well as direct
access to the outdoor area. The master bedroom also features a 50" flat screen TV.
The master bedroom has the feature of a roll away wall making it possible to combine this with one of the further 3 bedrooms on this floor to create a large family suite.
The further 3 bedrooms on the ground floor are 2 twin bedrooms as well as a
double bedroom. These bedrooms share access to a family bathroom. One of the
twin bedrooms as well as the double bedroom has the luxury of direct access to
the outdoor area.
On the ground floor you will also find a separate WC.
Moving up to the first floor you will find the remaining 4 bedrooms of this
villa. A double bedroom offers beautiful sea views and the luxury of an en
suite bathroom. The remaining 3 bedrooms of the villa are 3 twin bedrooms
sharing access to the family bathroom.
A full width balcony is shared between 3 of these bedrooms with views of the sea.
The villa is air conditioned throughout (extra charges apply) and 2 baby cots
and high chair is available at the villa upon request.
This villa also offers the luxury of a wireless internet connection.
On the first floor you will find the large roof terrace of this villa. The
roof terrace is a wooden deck area offering a bar equipped with fridge and sink.
Here you can enjoy the amazing views and have a relaxing day in the sun on one
of the many sun beds available.
A spiral stair case on the outside of the villa leads the way from the roof
terrace down to the swimming pool.
The large 15m x 6m (at widest points) infinity pool offers beautiful sea views and in-pool seating. The
landscaped garden around the pool area offers amazing surroundings for a
relaxing day in the pool.
Furthermore you will find a large outdoor dining area offering plenty of
seating and a built in barbecue with sink.
All outdoor areas offer great opportunities for relaxing and enjoying the
magnificent sunset views or stargazing on clear summer nights.
This is also the perfect venue for hosting large family celebrations,
weddings etc being able to host up to 40 people on the ground floor as well as 40-50 people on the roof terrace.
