Description

** EXCELLENT **- Situated in newly built complex of 7 semi-detached houses, in a very quite but touristic area with shops around to cover all the usual needs ( bakery/food stores/restaurants/clubs/bars etc).

The sea is only (apx) 2km and the complex has a private/common swimming pool.The pool is unattended (so extra care is needed for families with children-max depth 1.70-1.80m) Pleasant surroundings!!

The house has two connected floors. On the ground floor, it accommodates the kitchen/living room/wc and with a tent-covered veranda extended outside into the private garden. The upper floor has two rooms , each one with private wc/shower and veranda.

The house is fully fitted with most of the essential electrical appliances needed (cooker / fridge / washing machine / tv /coffee m/ne etc) and is fully furnished.

The rooms are fully air conditioned. It has is own parking place in front of the house.

There is a good view of the surrounding area, extending up to the sea.

- Unnecessary/improper use of any of the electrical equipment provided . For example, the use of air-conditioning (for cooling and heating) should be always switched off whenever you are out of the house.There is an upper limit regarding electricity consumption and this is 5kws/day.Any above that,there is an extra cost 50 cents/kW . A form will be given for you to sign.
- No baby safety gates on the stairs.
- Respect the people living in the complex (i.e avoid excessive noise)

“Great Location”

My Husband and I are just back from our 2nd visit to Leisure Paradise, it's just a great place to relax and unwind in pleasant surroundings. Coral Bay is just five minutes away by car with plenty of bars and restaurants, you also have some bars and resaurants, bakers,Indian takeaway all within walking distance which is fantastic, will definitely be back. Thanks to all the neighbours for making our holiday special also Chris the owner who is only a text away if you have any problems.

Response from the owner It was really a pleasure meeting this lovely Scottish couple . My greatest surprise was when I found out that their town and the area they are living. I had spent 3 years during my studies up in Bell College ( now Paisley University) Needless to say that they are always welcome to come again !!

the property is very good and good location.the views are overlooking the sea[albeit over the local football stadium],but is not a problem even if you do not like football!a few teething problems but easily sorted.the neighbours are very friendly and helpful.the pool is refreshing.if we decide to stay in peyia again[highly likely]if property is available will look to book again. a good holiday was had by all
