Our stay on Pegasus went smoothly after Jack helped us with the heating. There was everything we needed on board, and it was all very clean and comfortable. Probably a bit small for a family of 4, but we managed, having said that it would be different in summer when the outdoor areas could be used. Jack was only too happy to help with everything, a very memorable stay. Read more

Me and my partner can't wait to rent another houseboat. Our plans were to check in and explore the city, but once we got on the boat, we didn't want to leave. It was a great escape from our hectic work week, plus I travel alot between ny and Paris, so just to relax on the water water was a slice amazing. We enjoyed every thing the boat offered. We cooked a great lunch and dinner, and drank the night away watching the world go bye . This company is excellent to work with and the host that greeted us at the fit t if the marina, was great.

The houseboat was centrally located - we were able to walk to everything in old town and there was a subway station close by if you needed to go further afield. It was very well equipped and quite comfortable. It was a very secure location.
Great for a romantic getaway or adventurous vacation!

Loved the proximity to the city. Great for biking the city. Right on the water with a view of the bridge. Close to restaurants and the Spirit Cruises. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

It's the first time we have stayed on a houseboat, but it won't be our last. It was quiet and peaceful. We felt completely safe and secure in the marina. The furnishings were more than adequate. We were within walking distance of all the tourist sites. It beats staying in a hotel with kids running up and down the hallways and others slamming doors all night long. I have nothing negative at all to say about our stay.

What a delight! It was the most unlikely overnight "vacation" we've had. We arrived in the afternoon, finding it with difficulty as it's so well hidden. A neighbor had a small shop we stumbled into.
The scale is human. The boat rocks slightly as you step aboard. Inside it's lovely and "shipshape." The bed was dreamy. We spent the evening lying on lounge chairs looking up at the Ben Franklin bridge and watching boats and vehicles and stars.
After a good night's sleep, we returned to our perch on the roof and lay back to watch more boats slip about. We'd have enjoyed more time but had to leave because of prior plans and because it was a bit pricey for us. Still, it's very convenient.
The bridge and nearby highway are very loud, but distantly. The whole tone is of peace.
So glad to hear you enjoyed your stay with us! We hope you can come back for another stay!
Very nice, safe, and private

Great place to stay. We were in walking distance to placed or the trolley was close by. Went there for a football game.

Never again. Small and cramped. Address is difficult to find ( especially at night) and no one around to ask for help. Feels like an abandoned houseboat.
Many things you are never told, like at low tide you can't flush toilet!!!
My advice is you stay at a hotel, cleaner, more hygienic and less cramped.
We ended up leaving a day earlier than we had planned to. Read more

We are terribly sorry to hear about your experience. Our property manager Jack is always available to help our guests with whatever they may need. He lives at the marina as well and is available around the clock. We apologize if you did not receive his information. Since your stay with us in 2012 we have made it mandatory for all guests to call Jack upon arrival so he can give an orientation about the boat and surrounding area. We also have created a very detailed Welcome Books for our guests.
We recognize that the houseboat lifestyle is not for everyone and wish you the best in your future travels.
