Fully furnished, spacious 2 bedroom condo, 850 sq. ft, with 3 split type air conditioners, one in the living room and one in each bedroom. Located on the 32nd floor south tower with a balcony and great morning sun views, overlooking Pasig River, Mandaluyong, Ortigas, Guadalupe, EDSA and Global City skyline, there aren't many units at Rockwell with views like this. A curve linear corner unit, well oriented and has a very nice architectural design layout. This unit comes with one free parking space. The building is just across the street from the Power Plant Mall where the high end boutiques are, cinemas, banks and resto.

Why go to a hotel and pay $200 plus/night wherein you could rent a condo located in in an exclusive area with excellent amenities for much cheaper?

Rates are per night. Check- in is at 3:00pm and check-out is no later than 12:00noon. Early check-in or late check-out will be accommodated when possible.

Short Term Rental Payments and Security Deposit terms:

Requires $200.00 refundable deposit and must be received at least 2 weeks before arrival date, earlier to confirm reservation.

Deposit maybe a personal check, cashier's check or money order for North America customers and major bank's note for others.

Deposit will be returned 1 week after departure at the latest if there is no damage to the property.

Full payment in U.S. currency or peso equivalent must be received upon check-in to my representative in the Philippines.

Cancellation if necessary must occur 6 weeks prior to arrival date or will result in loss of deposit or rent whichever is smaller.

Area Information:

To those who are not familiar with the area, Rockwell is located in a prime area in Makati next to the famed Bel Air neighborhood. The units in Rockwell are high end condos. It is a very safe place if not the safest in the country, security guards in almost every corner of the property, 24/7. There is everything that anyone could ask for, there are 3 swimming pools on the 7th floor. 2 cards provided for added convenience, it will give you access to my condo floor (32nd), parking garage and 7th floor. The Power Plant Mall houses exclusive shops, restaurants, banks, pharmacies, Starbucks, cafes, modern movie theaters, as well as excellent bakeries and a first rate grocery store Rustan's Supermarket, and a convenience store that is open 24/7 for people who crave for something in the middle of the night.

Chapel located on the 3rd floor of the mall, please ask the front desk for mass schedule.

Rockwell Center is a flood free zone.

Close to Makati Business District, Greenbelt, The Fort Global City, Manila Golf Club, Forbes Residence District and Manila International Airport.
