This two bedroom, two and a half bath villa is situated right on Great Bay Beach in a small complex of twelve individual villas with a lovely beach front swimming pool and breath-taking ocean views. This gated complex with on-site management is the perfect place to relax around the pool or to just lounge on your private lanai or elevated deck overlooking our beautiful beach. Located directly on the beach and within easy walking distance of restaurants, shopping and casinos in Philpsburg, our villa is part of a small gated property consisting of twelve 2 bedroom villas, each privately owned. Nine of the villas are beachfront properties of which ours is one of the beachfront properties. The remaining three are set in tropical gardens with a partial ocean view. The Villas on Great Bay are on a beautiful white sand beach with an aqua marine ocean just feet from your back door. The villa has great views from both floors, from both the insde and your own private deck and lanai, of the ocean and beach. Your own coconut palm trees adorn your small back yard which lead onto the outdoor pool.

The Villa, the view, and the beach are a wonderful package that are in the top 2 or 3 places I have visited in the world. The management arranged my car rental and a catamaran trip around the island, which was outstanding by the way. Any questions I had about the island or where to visit or a place to eat were answered with a smile by management. What a great stay and would go back tomorrow if I could.

My husband and I were staying at the Villa the week of april 16th. This was our second visit and it was just as good or better than the first. The condo is wonderful and the location to town couldn't be beat. We rented a car to get around the island but there are lots of taxis if one didn't want a car. In addition the property managers, Jim and Gina were extremely friendly and helpful along with the groundskeeper and parking attendant Wilford. I would highly recommend staying here and hopefully will be back next year for our third visit.

This place is the bomb! The view is to die for! The condo is very homey and kitchen was full of useful items. The grill was brand new and we grilled out 3 times during our stay. The location of this gem is perfect. It is right on the beach! I mean...its right there! We loved the pool area and enjoyed sunning oursleves each day. I don't know how, but they keep that pool crystal clear...it was never dirty-always so clean! We loved walking down the board walk to front street and enjoyed shopping and then stopping for a nice drink! We rented a car and drove the whole island. They drive kind of crazy over there, so be careful! There is a roaster next door...we named him Bob, and it took us a bit to get used to him...but i'd be lying if i said, i didn't miss him a bit now that i'm home! You won't be sorry is your rent this great villa. We are certain, we will be back!

My family of four (2 girls, ages 6 and 9) stayed for a week at this villa. We had a wonderful time! We were greeted at the street by the onsite management. They showed us straight to our beautiful villa and pointed out what we needed to know for the week. The villa was very spacious and gave my family plenty of room. We loved being right on the beach and having a pool right outside. The villa is in a great location on the island so most days we made it back for a late lunch and rest before continuing with the day. The villa had everything we needed for our stay: coolers, beach toys, beach towels and many others!
The grounds around are absolutely gorgeous! I couldn't believe the beautiful pictures we came home with.
Overall, a perfect place to stay. My girls continue to ask when we will be going back!
