There is lots of room in this 1337 SF, two level floor plan that includes 2 BR, 2 BA, LOFT, and a 20 foot vaulted ceiling in the living room. This condo occupies the upper two floors of a 3 story complex, and is very quiet. Includes 3 patios with views of the surrounding community and mountains in the background. Everything is kept pristine and very clean. Carpet and ceramic tile floors. Can sleep up to 6 comfortably with a king in the master bedroom, two XL twins in the second bedroom, and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. Free high-speed internet access.

The Pointe Resort is a gated resort community located in North Phoenix about 10 miles NE of downtown Phoenix adjacent to the Pointe Hilton Resort at Tapatio Cliffs. The grounds contain 3 pools, 3 spas, and tennis and basketball courts. Nearby is the North Mountain Preserve where there are numerous hiking and biking trails. Ten golf courses are within a 7 mile radius. The centralized location within the North Phoenix area provides a convenient home base for all the Valley has to offer. The condo looks just like in the photos - it is clean, nice, and well-maintained. Our family of four adults (two are 70+) and one 8-year-old spent tons of time at the pool and hot tub. We took lots of day trips, but found the condo to be a relaxing home away from home.

The property was very well maintained and the condo was very clean when we arrived. It was very adequate for two couples. The owner was more than helpful and described the location and property perfectly and was very prompt in responding to questions and comments. It was a convenient location for us. There is a preserve in easy walking distance where you can picnic and hike. The pool was clean and warm. I would recommend the condo--very fairly priced.

The home is as advertised, very comfortable, spacious, clean, and situated in a gated community with heated swimming pools,and a spa. The located is very close to North Mountain and is centrally located to visit the many wonders of arizona including the Botanical gardens as well as Grand Canyon, Sedona, Apache Trail. etc. A vehicle is necessary to fully enjoy the surrounding areas.

My wife, 3 kids (ages 10,9, and 7) and I rented this condo for our family Spring Break vacation. Everything in the condo description from the owner was accurate and the property was well maintained and clean. It was easily accessible and there are many things to do in the vicinity of the condo.

We added high definition TV service just prior to your stay and didn't have very good instructions on using the remote, channel guide, etc. I appreciate your patience and we've now added more specific instructions on it's usage which I've heard has been very helpful to guests.

Jeff's Condo is lovely. My family has stayed at other condos in Hawaii, St. Martin and the Carolina's and this condo was one of the best. My family enjoy our stay (4 adults +1 handicap person), it was clean and had all the amenities that we could ask or wish for.
The pool was just a short walk and very pleasant to hang out at, the pool area had a BBQ area (which we used) and large a bathroom for convenience. The condo it self has a beautiful view of the mountains. The condo was just as it was described. My family and I are looking forward to our next trip to Phoenix and we know that the first place that we will look for an available place to stay is at Pointe Resort and Jeff is going to be the first person we will contact. Thank you again Jeff for a pleasant stay.

The month of October and November are actually excellent times to travel to Phoenix. The weather is perfect and the rates are less expensive than prime season which is Jan thru mid-April.

The condo was beautiful and in a really nice location. There were no issues at all with the unit. Everything was in great condition and totally enjoyed my stay. It was well stocked, with enough supplies to last us the week. I would highly recommend for anyone. Beautiful pool, nice common area grill, and parking was no issues.

Thank you Jason. You were one of the first guests after major upgrades were made back in March 2012. Believe it or not we've since made further refinements. The pool facilities (there are three) are one of the great benefits at this resort. They are heated year round and were recently upgraded to salt water pools which is so much gentler on the skin than chlorine pools.

We needed a place to stay for a week while we launched our son at aSU and found the rental to be very spacious, well equiped, clean and in a nice complex. It served our needs well and we will definately rent from Jeff again. He was very prompt and quickly refunded the deposit after our stay.

this beautiful condo really added to my stay. 20 minutes from hiking camelback, 10 minutes from hiking shaw butte. just wish i had more time to enjoy the facilities.

This condo is very nice and spacious with separation for kids and adults. The upstairs bedroom and loft sitting area are huge and have views from the balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking meals and having a sit down family dinner. We watched movies on the big TV when we weren't at the pool. There are plenty of chairs at the pool and places to BBQ and sit in the shade. People who stay here are really friendly. We went hiking at the nearby mountain almost every day. Jeff is easy to work with and describes the property accurately. We would definitely stay here again.

Came for a few days to relax before a business conference and thoroughly enjoyed the amenities. Suzanne and Deanne with housekeeping did a fabulous job.. Exceptional considering I am in the vacation beach home industry and run maintenance and housekeeping. You can't go wrong with this condo. Owner is very easy to work with and made it accommodating to stay when your from another state. It can be worrisome to book online but this condo is better in person than the pictures display. Pool and hot tub were 20 steps from the door. Bedding and furnishings clean and fresh. Coming from Virginia where I deal with a lot of properties the condition and quality as a rental is superior.

Place was clean, comfortable and very centrally located. Great hiking trail within walking distance. Felt safe and secure in the gated community. Pools and tennis courts were never busy. Great value for the dollar. I'll stay there again next time I'm in Phoenix.

We really enjoyed our month in Phoenix. The condo was quite large and was furnished with everything one would need. The location was excellent for hiking,seeing spring training games, golf courses and local restaurants. Jeff made renting the condo very easy and answered any questions that we had. We definitely would recommend this condo to anyone visiting the area.

This is a double-floor unit, nice and quiet. Everything works smoothly. We used only the upstairs bedroom. The unit was clean, and the furniture was comfortable comparing to the sort of the usual rental properties.
We were there in winter so we did not use the common facilities such as the swimming pool. We did try to use the grill but the site was inaccessible due to unknown reason. It was no big deal for us.
The process of dealing with the owner was smooth and easy. We would be happy to rent from him again if we were to go back to Phoenix for longer stay.
Overall, it's a nice place. We would recommend it to people who want to rent it for the week(s). We recommend it to everyone except people with disabilities.Response from Jeff Jones - 02/05/2013

Thank you John. We were glad to have you stay at our condo. Regarding the outdoor gas grills, there are several located by each of the 3 pools. They may have been inaccessible at the time due to some pool renovations - the 3 pools were upgraded to salt water pools which is a much better experience than chlorine pools.
