Split 1038 SF floor plan with 2 master bedrooms on opposite sides separated by the living room. Everything is kept pristine and very clean. Can sleep up to 6 comfortably with a king bed in the master bedroom, two XL twins in the second bedroom, and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. Free high-speed internet access.

The Pointe Resort is a gated resort community located in North Phoenix about 10 miles NE of downtown Phoenix adjacent to the Pointe Hilton Resort at Tapatio Cliffs. The grounds contain 3 pools, 3 spas, and tennis and basketball courts. Nearby is the North Mountain Preserve where there are numerous hiking and biking trails. Ten golf courses are within a 7 mile radius. The centralized location within the North Phoenix area provides a convenient home base for all the Valley has to offer. We loved everything about the condo from the simplicity of handling the rental agreement & payment online to the gated entrance, beautiful landscaping, keyless entry and friendly employees & residents. This was the first time renting a condo, but the peacefulness, roominess, amenities, and quiet pooside were really enjoyable! I would recommend this for mature adults who enjoy a relaxing, quiet environment. It was a welcome change to the hustle & bustle of bigger resorts. We enjoyed beautiful hiking and great places to eat, all within very close proximity to the Kiva Condo. Looking forward to staying here again!

Thank you Susan. Your stay was relatively short but it sounds like you were able to still do a lot. I hope next time you can stay a bit longer but either way I'd be glad to have you come back. I agree the complex is very well suited for mature adults looking for quiet relaxation. With three heated pools you never have to worry about crowds.

We were looking for a vacation condo that was clean, secure, gated and had heated pools. This condo answered all our needs and more. We stayed 1 month and everything went smoothly and as planned. The complex had three pools which we visited daily after our round of golf. Residents were very friendly. Parking was right beside our door. Our unit provided all our needs. Internet, television, laundry, phone etc. We will not hesitate to rent this condo again next year. We highly recommend this condo to our friends.

Condo is as advertised. Complete refurbish from the floor tile and carpet to the ceiling fixtures. Very professionally done. Only things not new were the washer & dryer and the dishwasher but they work fine. Close to three big roads so it is easy to get around. Also close to a nice park. Lots to see and do. Biggest disappointment was the weather. Only made it to the low 70s a few days and we had several days of rain and temps in the 50s. Overall though it was a good time.

Wonderful, very clean accommodations and a great location close to restaurants, hiking, biking and entertainment. The owner was extremely easy to deal with throughout which made planning our stay the easiest I've had. I'll definitely come back.

I don't know if you made it to the Phoenix zoo as we had discussed but if not this time then next time. As mentioned, we really enjoyed the monkey encounter where you are inside the enclosure where the little squirrel monkeys live.

We stayed at this condo with our family of 5 and were very happy there. The condo was spotless and well maintained. The owner was very helpful before, during and after our stay. I would recommend this property to friends, relatives and strangers! We would definitely stay at this property again.

Thanks Pam. It was great having your family as guests and hopefully you can make it back sometime. The condo and the complex are both very family friendly as you probably could tell. My other condo is slightly better suited for larger groups (5 or 6 people) but this one is also more than capable if the queen sleeper sofa is put to use.

The condo is a perfect size for a couple or small family traveling, nicely located (about 20 - 25 minutes from the airport) in a gated community. It was clean, remolded and the grounds in the community were gorgeous. From the first email straight through to when I left, the owner was accommodating, easy to work with and wanted to make sure our experience good. It was a great place to stay and I look forward to staying here again.

I've stayed in many condos and suites in hotel rooms. This condo lived up to my expectations and the price was very affordable. Good location, very clean and lots of "added" amenities. Neighbors were helpful with directions, suggestions where to dine and they all seemed to have a great sense of humor. I'll be back!!!

An excellent and elegant condo located near hiking trails with easy freeway access for travel to Prescott, Kingman, Sedona, Flagstaff and the Grand Canyon. Access to 4 salt water swimming pools and golf. Awesome location for any activity.

Thank you Diana. The complex is in a great central location and there are 10 golf courses within a 7 mile radius. In addition to our own pools (there actually are only 3) we are able to provide access to pool facilities at a nearby Hilton resort which includes a huge pool, childrens pool, water slide, and lazy river.
