The address says "Phoenix" but our 2 Bedroom, Resort-Style Condo is directly next to the most desirable portion of North Scottsdale! Our condo is located at Scottsdale Road and Princess Drive -- right near the Five-Diamond rated Fairmont Scottsdale Princess Resort, the Tournament Players Club golf course, the Mayo Clinic Hospital, the Barrett Jackson Car Auction, and a great number of Restaurants and Shops.

The condo is located in an attractive, gated complex, which includes a heated pool and spa, and club-house (which includes an internet room, living area, and gym).

The condo is a ground-floor unit, with an outdoor patio that... faces the interior of the complex, with a view of the pool. The entire condo is one level, which means no stairs or steps. There is parking available directly in front of condo unit.

The condo is very nicely furnished and decorated, and equipped to meet your needs. We have two bedrooms, each with a Queen size bed and pillow top mattresses. All the furniture is no more than a few years old and in excellent condition. The master bedroom has its own bath and there is a second bathroom with a shower.

The kitchen includes granite countertops and upscale cabinetry, and is equipped with a refrigerator, gas range/oven, built-in microwave, and dishwasher (along with the supplies you need for cooking and serving meals).

There is also a full-size washer and dryer in the condo unit, for your laundry needs.

The condo is owned by Eric and Josie Crane, who live in the Phoenix metro area. Eric is a Realtor and meets new guests at the condo to provide the keys and a tour of the condo complex. Guests receive our home and cell phone numbers, in case they have any questions or problems during the vacation.

The condo has flat screen televisions (with cable tv access) in both the living room and in both bedrooms. The television in the living room has a DVD player. In addition, there is a modem in place with an internet connection (so you can bring your laptop and receive internet access).

The condo unit is always immaculate -- we are 'clean freaks' and maintain the condo in a way that would meet our own expectations if we were on vacation. Absolutely no smoking or pets, please. Our condo unit can accomodate a total of 4 people.

Although the condo has a Phoenix address, it is truly surrounded on all sides by Scottsdale. Very close to the Scottsdale Road exit on the 101 Freeway and right in the heart of all that North Scottsdale has to offer. Our past guests have raved about the location! Only a block or two from an upscale Whole Foods grocery and many other shops and restaurants. Super close to both the Fairmont Princess Resort and the Mayo Clinic of North Phoenix.
