Amenities in clubhouse: fireplace with seating area, coffee bar, piano, state of the art 2 story fitness center, yoga, Pilates room & even a business center space.

Lush landscaping ~2 heated pools & spa with outdoors fireplace! GAS GRILLS LOCATED IN THE COMMON AREA BY THE POOL

Located close to shopping: Walking distance to Whole Foods Marketplace, Restaurants, Starbucks, Upscale Movie Theater, North Scottsdale Golf Courses, Mayo Clinic, Kierland Shopping & Loop 101/Scottsdale Rd, Airport~ High street entertainment and Blue Martini only 5 min away. TPC golf course is a few min away with Phoenix Open in February
