Bright, clean, contemporary condo - located in more of a neighborhood community than a resort - but with great amenities. Perfect for snowbirds or short-term housing needs in the Phoenix area. Out of the hustle bustle and traffic of downtown Phoenix and Scottsdale (30 minutes north of airport), yet close enough to partake in all the metro area (and its surroundings) can offer. Top that off with great local shopping, walking trails and mountain views right out your front door. Fireside has a 16,000 foot first class architecturally impressive community center with fitness classes, 2 pools, and tons of community activities.

Away from hustle bustle of Phoenix/Scottsdale traffic but close to great shopping yet 30 minutes from fantastic Scottsdale shopping. For adventure lovers go north to Sedona under 2 hours away - or about 2 hours to snow skiing. Beautiful natural desert setting.
