The centralized location within the North Phoenix area provides a convenient home base for all the Valley has to offer. Nearby is the North Mountain Preserve where there are numerous hiking and biking trails. Ten golf courses are within a seven mile radius. It is conveniently located one half mile from a large supermarket and within 5 miles of three major Phoenix indoor/outdoor shopping malls (in addition to many chain stores and restaurants within 2 miles or less), yet this gated community is a virtual hidden oasis for tranquil relaxation. Great vacation spot for couples, families and golf enthusiasts!

First $25/week or $100/month power usage included with rental fee; excess usage charges, as well as any loss or damage (including costs resulting from indoor smoking violation) will be withheld from security deposit.

CANCELLATION POLICY: The above deposit amount is refundable yet subject to a cancellation charge according to the following schedule: Up to 6 months prior to check-in date = no charge (entire deposit refunded); 6 to 3 months prior = 25% charge; 3 to 1 months prior = 50% charge; less than one month = no refund (entire deposit forfeited). All refunds issued electronically back to credit card.

Steve met us when we arrived and provided us with all the information we would require for our stay. The home is very nice and comfortable, love the balcony, very spacious and relaxing! Easy to get wherever you would like to go from this location. The grounds are well kept and it is very quiet and peaceful. Felt just like home!

The manager was very helpful upon arrival, meeting us at the condo for a walk through and letting us know what services were close to us. The condo itself was very clean and comfortable with every utensil you could possibly think of included. The locations within the resort were well maintained and clean! We were very pleased with our stay and will most definitely recommend this resort to all ages. We enjoyed the cleanliness, safety and of course the pools the best!

This is our second visit to the Resort Condominiums at Pointe Tapatio Cliffs. The last unit was very nice and comfortable, but the one we stayed in this time, was even better -- very smartly decorated and extremely comfortable. The manager, Steve, went way over and above to make our stay extra special. He asked if there was anything I would recommend that would make it any better, and I really couldn't think of a thing. I highly recommend these condos, and Steve, to make your vacation an excellent experience.

Steve gave us very detailed instructions right from the day of booking the condo He met us in the parking lot even though we got in late at night
Explained everything in great detail so we felt at home right away.
Lovely 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo on main floor. Very nice decor
Condo well stocked with many amenities
Great location facing the green space.
Very quiet resort, 3 beautiful pools with spas.
Within walking distance to North Phoenix Reserve and many hiking trails
Weather was beautiful every day.

We stayed in the apartment for the month of march during spring training and the apartment accommodated us quite well. There isn't a ton of night life or restaurants immediately around the area but if you continue down Thunderbird towards the 51 there is a nice little shopping center with plenty of restaurants. You're also only about a 25-30 minute drive to Scottsdale or the Peoria/Glendale area. Pretty quite complex and the surrounding attendants seemed very nice! We definitely enjoyed our stay!!

On a side note to those reading this, in addition to the Paradise Valley Mall indoor and outdoor shopping areas and surrounding marketplaces you mentioned five miles east, there is an almost identical set-up at the Metrocenter Mall area five miles west and even more five miles north and south. Of course, all the supermarkets and fast-food chains and other small restaurants are within a mile or two.
