The house was just what we wanted. Everything was clean and worked great. The bed and bedding in the master bedroom were very comfortable.The heated pool and Jacuzzi were perfect for us. We had a great 25th anniversary get away. Thanks for accommodating us for an extra night, as you can imagine, we weren't ready to leave. We got to meet your housekeeper as we were leaving and she was very pleasant and seemed thorough in her responsibilities. We look forward to take advantage of this again in the future.

My friends and i rented a 4BR W/private heated pool from David Drake. From start to finnish David could not have been moore helpfull. The property is in a superb location very close to the I10. We golfed every day of our 13 day stay and in some cases only minuets from golf couses. The house is very close to restaurants and bars, all in walking distance, and also two supermarkets. We found everything clean and tidy. Maybe if there was a cricism we felt that there was too much chlorine in the hot tub and we could not use it. However it did not spoil our holiday in any way. The house is just 15 mins from down town Phoenix and very close to aSU. We will defenatley be renting this property again this is our 14th year visiting this area from Ireland and has been so far the best location and property we have rented, Thanks David your house is as we say hear Brill. This was our second vacation using this rental/owner. We've stayed in both his 3- and 4-bedroom homes. The owner is very easy to work with and respond quickly to questions. The homes are well supplied with everything that you need. Full kitchen, grill, plenty of towels, laundry, etc. Beautiful back yard with pool and hot tub! Excellent location, close to the freeway, shopping, hiking, golf. We had 7 people and fit very comfortably. We had a fantastic time and plan to definitely return again in the future!

Stayed for a week at David's property with our 3 grandchildren. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and the accommodations were excellent. The pool was nice and warm and clean. Could not ask for more.

We had a wonderful trip to aZ! It was a piece of cake making our reservations with David Drake. The cost was more than reasonable and the accommodations were perfect! A house full of anything you need, a clean pool and hot tub, and of course the wonderful sun. we enjoyed our trip and would reserve the same house again. We highly recommend this particular rental. It was a piece of cake!

We rented this house for our annual trip to arizona for Thanksgiving to visit my wife's family. This was our first time renting a house for this trip and we were very skeptical regarding what we would get for our money. I am happy to say that we were pleasantly surprised with what we got for our money. The location of the house is amazing; it is near everything - golf, shopping, and freeways - everything easily accessible. The neighborhood is very quiet and has a playground that is within walking distance for the kids. The hot tub and the pool are excellent and the house is in great shape. If you are traveling with your family or are on a golf weekend with your buddies (or maybe a girls weekend) this is the perfect rental. I highly recommend this for any family or group.

We have stayed in this 4 bed house on more than one occassion. It has everything you need for a home from home stay. It gives our children space and a feeling of independance, as well as a beautiful pool, BBQ and the sun! You do need a car to make the most of the surrounding area, but there is some stunning scenery, a huge park area around the corner and shops close by.
It is fantastic to arrive here; you come off a 10 hour flight, collect the car and drive 20 minutes and you are home! There is everything you need - plenty of space, large kitchen/diner, washing machine and even pool towels - brilliant.
We have already booked for summer 2011 and we are counting the days - I would highly recommend this house to anyone. -

We love visiting this home in Phoenix! We always know it will be clean, easy access to local markets, the neighborhood is quiet and there isn't much traffic(we have little kids). The pool is always clean, the hot tub is always hot. The back yard is so private. We will continue to visit this home every year because it is much cheaper than owning our own! Thanks.

This house was perfect for our family vacation. Our group was my husband and I, 4 adult children/inlaws, and our 11 month old grandson. We live in 3 different states and spent 6 days in Phoenix for a marathon. The house is very clean and well maintained. The bedrooms were larger than they looked in the pictures and beds were comfortable. The pack-n-play, booster seat, and baby gate came in handy for the little guy, particularly since we all flew in and couldn't have packed all that. We thoroughly enjoyed the heated pool and spa in the backyard. There is a table with 6 chairs for outdoor dining and a couple of lounges for sunning, along with a gas grill. A hummingbird visited the flowers by the pool each day. There are a couple of large grocery stores just a mile or so away and plenty of restaurants nearby, easy access to I-10, and a park for young children just 2 blocks down. The owner was very helpful and patient with my many questions and our security deposit was returned within a few days of leaving. This is not a new house but is very comfortable and roomy.
