This property worked out perfectly for our large family reunion. It's a great place to meet as a family and the property generously filled all our needs. The house is has a great layout and offers plenty of individual bedroom space, a large kitchen with an island and lots of places for gathering spaces especially poolside. The outside area had plenty of shade and the misters were a nice added touch. All amenities are close by, and when ever we had a question the answer was offered in a timely manner. Dan and his crew exceeded all expectations. Including setting us up with a discount at the near by golf course and restaurant. Can't wait to visit again.

To begin I would like to thank Dan for allowing us to stay in his beautiful home and for being so helpful with any questions I had. This property was amazing. We were in town for our annual golf trip and just loved staying here. I loved the fact that it was minutes away from grocery stores, pharmacies, malls and golf courses (by car). The house is breathtaking. The layout of this house provided comfortable public spaces in which to meet, but also allowed each party to retreat to his or her private spaces without being disturbed by others. Each bedroom had its own attached bath, providing the perfect privacy for each guest. The home itself was beautiful and had every amenity we needed. The kitchen was extremely spacious and practical to cook our meals when we were not using the BBQ. The pool and hot tub were great to just kick back and enjoy the very private back yard. I would defiantly recommend this property for your next get away. Unfortunately, this property spoiled us for future rentals. It will be difficult to top this property.

This rental house is amazing. I along with 11 family members, all ladies - rented the home for a long weekend. Every bedroom has its own bathroom, the living area a huge, the outdoor space lacks for nothing. Access was easy, 20 minutes from the airport - any kind of shopping, entertainment was within miles. Hiking rails across the street, privacy, and the best of all - an elevator to bring in our luggage and purchases! I would recommend this house to any large group.

I stayed at this luxurious house with 12 family and friends. We traveled to aZ for our annual NFL away game. This house is very spacious. We never felt on top of each other and it was easy to get away. We spent a lot of time hanging outside in the hot tub and around the fire pit. The kitchen is perfect for making large family meals. Every bedroom except one had its own bathroom which makes staying with a lot of people much easier. I really loved the master bathroom, it is everything you would want and more. We also used the theatre room most nights to unwind. This is the fifth house we have rented for vacation and one of our favorites.

This home was awesome and had everything we could've hoped for. It is conveniently located to grocery stores and golf. There was plenty of room for a group of 8 and it would make a wonderful vacation spot for families too.

Family of 8 and we never felt the need to leave this beautiful home. The kids loved the swimming pool and roasting marshmallows on the firepit. The house has everything you need for entertaining! Convenient to shopping, restaurants and grocery stores. This is a great getaway for a family or family reunion. The owner was awesome and he promptly returned our deposit to us after our stay.

Used the house for a local family staycation. We really enjoyed the peace and quiet of the area with the beautiful views! My family and I spent most of of time relaxing in the pool and enjoying the sunshine. The house was perfect for our family since there was plenty of room for everyone to relax, whether that be alone or all together. I highly recommend staying here.

The most fabulous house we've ever rented. I am in charge of planning a girls reunion each year for 12 women. This house was fantastic, we had all the space we needed and didn't care if we ever left the property. If you get the change, stay here!
