We were in this house for 3 1/2 months this past winter. We totally enjoyed the house, pool, patio, amenities, etc.
While the location is a little removed from mainstream Phoenix area tourist destinations it is very quiet and suited us very well. We had much company over the winter, and put the 4 bedrooms to good use. The home is very comfortable for at least six adults.
We made good use of the bicycles and golf course. The walking/biking paths all throughout the area are wonderful. And, Cesar Chavez Park, a ten minute walk away provides a great area for our daily walks with its lakes, islands, and facilities.
Darlene saw to it that our stay was trouble free and easy. Access was easy as was leaving after the winter
The golf course is very good. Our grandson and I played it only twice but liked it very much. And it is very reasonably priced.
The location is close to downtown Phoenix amenities and getting to Chase Field, Comerica Theatre, the airport, or downtown restaurants took less than 20 minutes.
We would definitely seek out this home again if deciding to winter in Phoenix. -

Darlene's house was everything we were looking for. The master bedroom is spectacular. In fact, the entire house has beautiful decor, excellent quality furnishings (and sheets!) and you felt like you were at home.
Darlene was a dilligent and accessible manager who answered any and all questions promptly.
The location was close to outlets and us airways centre. Although Laveen has a terrible reputation in the Phoenix area as being the hood, the neighbourhood is very upscale and we felt very safe.
We spent a lot of time in the pool and the only thing we would improve on would be pool lighting (there is none for nighttime) and lounge chairs (there were only two and we had four people).
The entire experience was very positive from the booking process to the prompt return of my full deposit. I would highly recommend this rental! -

Our family went to Phoenix in april 2012 and stayed here. My parents had previously stayed in Oct 2011 and loved it so we went back.
The house is very inviting, Darlene is great with getting you set up with everything you'll need while staying in the house (locks, internet, tv, etc).
It's a perfect place for a family to vacation because you have your own kitchen so you are able to cook meals instead of eating out. There was 4 bedrooms so we all had our own space.
The pool/backyard was my favorite part!!! Nothing like walking out the back door and jumping into the pool!
Close to everything... you can drive to all the nearest attractions, shopping, etc.
There are bikes in the garage, my boyfriend rode to the gym a few times on one.
Great trail in the area around the house for running or walking.
House was very clean, beds were comfortable, and bathrooms were great.
I can't say enough good things about the house. It was an awesome place to stay and I would love to go back.

The service provided by the owner of the property was excellent. The house met all of our expectations and more. The amenities were great and met all our needs. The location was in a quiet area, but, close to all our shopping needs and very accomodating to travel to and from the airport and to the golf courses we played at. Would certainly rent again.

Took the whole family to watch my son in spring training. Very spacious 4 bedroom home. Lots of room for everyone. House was well supplied with all the utensils and amities. Secure garage room for two cars. Location was very quiet and close to shopping and Sky Harbor airport. Has pool in back yard with sunshine in the morning. Pool a little cold being not heated. Overall great value for your money. Would defiantly return for a vacation here.

We would recommend this home to anyone and we will be back!Darlene's home was very warm and inviting...you didn't feel like you were staying in a rental with hotel quality furniture. Every thinking was niceley decorated and very comfortable. Especially the master bed. The landscaping is lovely. We didn't get to swim in the pool as it wasn't heated but it still made for a lovely atmosphere to sit by the pool and have breakfast. We used the BBQ several times during our stay. The home is located on the outskirts of phoenix so it provided us with te quiet setting we were lookign for. Many golf courses near by and hiking in South Mountain Park was great. If you are a shopper its about 16km from an outlet mall. Everything is fairly close in phoenix and its' very easy to get around.

We enjoyed this lovely home on our vacation to Phoenix. It was very clean and spacious for our family. The beds were very comfortable. All the supplies were available for cooking so that we were able to cook our own Xmas dinner. It is a quiet, safe location. We golfed on the aquila course which was close and handy for us. We found that we could get around the city easily from the house.
I particularly found the owner friendly and helpful. -

this home was a home away from home!!! we all walked in and said the place is great. all the comforts of home . we had our family thanksgiving here could not have asked for anything more to accomadate us. all aspects of this home are wonderful have already recommended it to 2 of our friends.

Great location and so close to everything! The house is immaculate and in a nice quiet area. The homeowner was fantastic in assisting us with all our questions and went out of her way to ensure we had 5 star accomodations. I have recommended this vacation rental to family and friends! Once again I can't say enough about our "home away from home" vacation. We will definetly be back!
