Coronado Guest House is located behind our historic 1937 home and is located in the heart of the Coronado Historic Neighborhood. We are within walking distance to many great restaurants and downtown Phoenix is only a 5 minute drive away. Downtown Phoenix is home to numerous sporting venues such as Chase Field and US Airways Center, as well as the Phoenix Art Museum, Arizona Science Center, and Children's Museum. Coronado Guest House is located behind our historic 1937 home and is located in the heart of the Coronado Historic Neighborhood. We are within walking distance to many great restaurants and downtown Phoenix is only a 5 minute drive away. Downtown Phoenix is home to numerous sporting venues such as Chase Field and US Airways Center, as well as the Phoenix Art Museum, Arizona Science Center, and Children's Museum. Many great restaurants are within a 5 minute walk and we can recommend a few of our favorites for you. The 7th St. and Oak bus stop is only a 5 minute walk. We are also only a 10-15 minute walk to the Oak Metro Light Rail station which can take you to Downtown Phoenix, Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, Tempe with its eclectic Mill Avenue and home to Arizona State University, and Mesa with it's wonderful Mesa Center for the Arts.

We stayed here for two nights and it was just lovely. We arrived late but Sky accommodated us and was super nice, even when we changed dates. Easy to book and pay. Really comfortable bed, cute kitchen, nice bathroom, good location. Would highly recommend.

Sky was a great host, friendly and informative. The guest house was clean, private and best of all quiet. Fresh eggs were a bonus. We did walk the neighborhood restaurants are nearby. Minutes from expressway, airport, and downtown area. Would recommend to anyone visiting the Phoenix area.

My girlfriend and I very much enjoyed our experience here. With fresh eggs readily available and the fresh baked banana bread awaiting our arrival this place truly exceeded all expectations. Only a couple miles from downtown this was a great location, with plenty of nice restaurants within walking distance. The decor of the room was lots of fun too.
Also, probably the most pressure from any shower head either of us had ever seen. Almost too much pressure actually, but better than having too little pressure. I would definitely recommend this location to my friends and would gladly stay here again.
