Set over two storeys, Lagoon Villa 18 is a three bedroom fully furnished villa. It is one of only 32 plots within the desirable Phuket Private Lagoon Village – a gated community with private lake, private road, and security – in the Chalong area of Phuket Island.

Used as the owners’ home before they decided to release it for short and long term rentals, the villa has everything needed for a comfortable stay and is attractively decorated with imported furniture. Each of the three bedrooms has its own bathroom, plus there’s a guest toilet downstairs, and one of the bedrooms has been designed with kids in mind. As well as the livin...g room, dining room, and kitchen there is a separate study area with desk and chair that offers a private space for work or relaxation.

The villa’s private swimming pool is large enough for the whole family to enjoy, and it is screened by lush green palms from the road. In the back yard the traditional Thai sala provides a shaded place to sit and relax on the quirky, hand-made furniture, plus there’s a small grassy area where children can play. At the front of the villa there is off-street parking for one or two cars, and the villa is fully fenced.

Phuket Private Lagoon Village
Phuket Private Lagoon Village is situated in the Chalong area of Phuket Island, close to Phunaka Golf Course and just 500 meters from both Chalong Temple and Luang Pu Supa Temple. This family friendly community is gated, safe and secure and has a large area for walking around our private lake.
Beautiful mountain and lagoon views can be enjoyed from the luxurious 3 and 4 bedroom houses, while the 3 bedroom townhouses overlook the mountains. All houses available for short or long term rental include private swimming pools, terraces and balconies to make the most of outdoor living. If you’re thinking of buying rather than renting, there are also houses available for sale at our project.
Nearby Activities and Sightseeing
The famous Wat Chalong (Chalong Temple) is just 500 meters from the village. Wat Chalong is one of the largest temples in Phuket, and one of the island’s top tourist attractions. Turn right when you drive out the gate from the village.
Big Buddha – destined to become one of the top local landmarks, Big Buddha provides a fabulous viewpoint and 360 degree views of Phuket Island. The newly constructed Buddha stands 45 meters tall and can easily be seen from most locations in South Phuket, providing not only a tourist attraction but a place for devout Buddhists to visit. Big Buddha is located just 7 km from Phuket Private Lagoon Village.
Central Festival – the largest shopping mall in South Phuket is located just 10 km from Phuket Private Lagoon and it’s full of big name stores plus an entertainment complex. Turn left out of the gate and continue straight for about 15 minutes.
Distance to the Beaches and Other Sites
Some of Phuket’s beast beaches are just a 15 minute drive from Phuket Private Lagoon: Rawai, Naiharn, Kata, and Karon.
It is also 15 minutes drive to Central Festival, 10 minutes to Kajonkietsuka School (for English and Thai programmes), and 15 minutes to Phuket Town.
