Steeped in a tropically abundant environment, Talay Tawan is the picture perfect Thailand holiday rental villa. With three bedrooms, a large garden with private swimming pool and an exterior and interior design to die for, booking this Phuket villa will be the best decision you make all year.

With a spacious Balinese design and attractive furnishings all round, the villa stands within an area of nearly 1 rai with landscaped gardens that borders a small river running directly into the ocean. The villa is set over two floors, with the bedrooms on the second floor. All 3 bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, although there is a separate utility room that has bunk beds.

The villa also benefits from having a study, guest cloakroom and spacious indoor and outdoor dining and lounging areas. The outdoor sala/lounge area is situated on the wooden deck terrace overlooking the private swimming pool and covered by a chic looking canopy.

Bedrooms:

There are three bedrooms in total, all owning double beds, wooden floors, wooden vaulted ceilings, air-conditioning and ensuite bathrooms. There is also a utility room that has bunk beds, air-conditioning and a cozy bathroom.

Bathroom:

There are four bathrooms in total, which are all ensuite. All have showers, toilets and wash basins.

Kitchen:

The kitchen is fully equipped with many modern appliances for your self-catering pleasure, which also includes a dishwasher.

Dining room:

There are also two dining areas, with the indoor room having a 10 seat dining table while the outdoor dining facilities has an 8 seat dining options.

Living rooms:

The location of Tawan Talay is within close proximity to the beaches of Bang Tao and Layan, just a few minutes’ stroll away. Bang Tao is situated on the north western coast of Phuket and is conveniently situated to take advantage of the great restaurants in Surin and Kamala. The Laguna Phuket golf club is also within a five-minute drive, along with the world famous Banyan Tree Spa. Within a 20 minute drive you will be able to visit other destinations in Phuket such as Patong or famous attractions that include Splash Jungle Water Park and Phuket Fantasea.
