We have just returned from 2 weeks at this stunning villa with 2 other couples and wish to heap praise on all concerned and on the villa.
Booking process - I booked directly with the owner and the whole process was effortless and she was more than happy to answer any questions we had.
Arrival - we were picked up at the airport and taken to the villa where we were met by Noi the managing agent, Da, Duan and Peak, the cooks and villa attendants. A magnificent dinner awaited us.
The villa - Magnificent! The bedrooms and ensuites are very comfortable and well laid out. Sheets, towels and toiletries are all top quality. Great to have airconditioning and ceiling fans. Great tv room with some Dvds. Lovely indoor lounge and dining area and a large patio for outdoor dining.
The villa is fresh, airy and well laid out.
The pool etc - I reckon this is one of the best pools we have been in. Very private, shade or sun, easy access to toilets, drinks fridge, bedrooms etc. Great lounges, outdoor beanbags, sala etc. Great view as well.
The food - The staff really know how to cook and we ate the best food we have had in a long time. We left it up to the staff and they provided a varied and tasty menu. The cost was so low we were amazed.
The staff - lovely, gracious people. Their understanding of english is low but with patience it is possible to get them to understand your wishes. They were able to arrange special requests, drivers etc without any issues.
Overall - Exceptional and truly unique.
Well worth the cost.
There are a lot of stairs which is good for fitness but not good for children and those with mobility issues.
Suggestions - whilst the staff are obilging at all times and are working for very long hours it would be nice to have access to tea and coffee making facilities, so a late night or very early morning cuppa could be made.
Apart from that everything was perfect and you only had to ask and your request was met with a smile.
Well done to everyone concerned. -

SydneyLuxury at its best!
Left on 09/23/2012 for a stay in August 2008
My husband and I took our friends for his 50th birthday to this luxury villa in Phuket. There is a driver you can hire to pick you up at the airport and he will also take you anywhere you need to go during your stay at very reasonable prices. He will also suggest some sites you may not have thought of. The villa has a host of employees that are available at your beck and call. They provided breakfast every morning and would ask you each day if you would them to prepare meals for you. They do your laundry every day. It is in walking distance to everything. The rooms are beautifully appointed and the beds are very comfortable. The pool area is great with a wet kitchen located to the side where there is a refridgerator full of cold drinks. With 4 bedrooms all set apart from each other it provides the ultimate in privacy for a group of 8 adults but it can also sleep more people. I loved the fact that it is between two beaches and so very central to everything. The Thai food they employees prepared for the actual birthday dinner was fantastic. I ordered dishes and they cooked everything I asked for. We will certainly return with our group of friends as it would be a sin not to share this property with your friends.

MelbourneWe all died and went to Heaven
Left on 08/10/2012 for a stay in July 2012
This Villa was the best luxury holiday destination you could ever imagine. We often looked at each other and said "I think we have died and gone to Heaven". The biggest issue we had is we didn't want to leave, so we had to drag ourselves away to get some clothes made (and of course Baan Saleah staff arranged that as well). We had the best holiday ever and everything about this villa is absolute quality. We especially got a kinky kick out of showering outdoors! Yes, each ensuite has a bath, internal shower and outdoor shower, but very private. And the food is exceptional. Each morning after a beautiful breakfast, we worked our way through the extensive menu and chose lunch and dinner. The staff then set out buying the best local produce to prepare stunning traditional Thai dishes. We even took pictures of the food as it was presented to us because it not only looked good but it is truly the best Thai food we have had anywhere in the world. The only problem is how much weight we put on. If you love music the selection is tremendous covering all tastes, and having the ability to switch it to the pool area was superb. The designers of the villa have done such a great job and the view is to die for. We tell all of our friends about it and can't wait to return. You have to experience this place to truly appreciate the quality and luxury. Enjoy.

We'we stayed at Baan Saleah teo times, and enjoyed both times immensly!
Everything form airport transportation, to staff, food and the villa itself was on par with any luxury hotel you could stay at.
Bann Saleah is perfect both for families and a group of friends. With it's layout making sure the bedrooms have enough privacy, and the family area beeing spacious and breezy.
The staff ensured that our stay was relaxing in every way, without beeing intrusive.
The food was simply exceptional!
We can highly recomend a stay at Baan Saleah! -

My family and I spent Christmas & New Year 2011 at Baan Saleah which also happened to be my 50th, so we had high expectations when we arrived. I am delighted to say that they were all met and exceeded. We had a wonderful stay and felt so chilled that choosing from the menu of fabulously cooked Thai food each day was the most stressful thing we had to do. The staff were great and welcomed us with a smile at all times and nothing was too much. The villa itself is something rare - it looks better when you step into it than in the photos - it has been designed with great care and attention to detail and with great style & taste. The location is very good and just a few minutes down the hill to the south you step onto Kata Noi beach and can body board in the surf (which we did every morning) or just swim in the warm sea. I congratulate adele and her husband in presenting a truly outstanding villa - we will be going back!

The service was wonderful and the staff were always available while un-intrusive.
The meals prepared by the staff were as good if not better than any restaurant in the local area.
The design of the villa suits the environment perfectly with all bedrooms having their own facilities and privacy.
Escaping the afternoon heat by watching a movie in the cool media room was a real treat.
Highly recommended. -

I am happy to write this review because we loved our stay at Baan Saleah. A group of us stayed at the villa for a reunion. It was great because there was no stress. The owner took great care to have everything done like getting the airport pick up right to the villa. The staff had drinks and cold lemongrass towels for us when we got there and the music was playing. Then the fun started cause we had to decide who would get what room. It seems like there is no master bedroom as they are all masters, really large and each one is different. The furnishings were really modern and the place was so well kept, the beds were the best I had slept in and loads (maybe too many) pillows. I could not find anything wrong at all. Each morning the staff gave us the menu to choose if we wanted to eat lunch and dinner at home or go out. The food was the best Thai I have eaten and I love cooking so know a bit about food. We stayed by the pool most days and had massages and our nails done looking out to sea listening to the waves on the rocks. There is lots to do on Phuket like shopping and elephant rides so we went out a couple of days but rushed back "home" to enjoy the peace and quiet. It was like our very own hotel and I dream of going back there one day.

My family and I have stayed at Baan Saleah in Phuket twice. When I shut my eyes and think of a happy place, that's where I'm at -sitting on the day bed in the sala by the pool.
The house is perched on the side of a hill within an infinity pool directly overlooking the sea. The villa itself is beautiful. The furnishing and decoration is tasteful, well considered and lovingly put together. It's like something out of homes and gardens yet infinitely more comfortable. And have I mentioned the integrated Sonos sound system complete with every song you can think of for every mood?
Situated right next to Kata, it's an easy walk into the village and the public beaches but feels secluded enough to give the impression of being miles away. The staff are helpful, fantastic with children and serve the best food that I have found in Phuket in the 10 years that I have been going there.
I love this place.
