The b&b; " Breva & Tivan " is in a characteristic family house surrounded by a quiet garden.
A very beautiful and ideal place for holidays, short stays and weekends, with a wonderful view over the lake, .
Easy access to the nearby towns of Como, Lugano, Milano , St Moritz ecc...
Our Guests have at their disposal:
well furnished bedrooms and an exhibition of the Expressionist Guy De Jong.
You may enjoy your tasty and plentiful breakfast also on the house balcony with its beautiful view of the lake with its lights and colours.
At your disposal there are a parking space and Internet WI-FI

We stayed here for three nights, in the top apartment/rooms of the house. It was clean, very spacious and charming despite it's aging decor.
The view at breakfast on the balcony was incredible, made better by a nice continental breakfast and adele's lovely cakes.
The location is great, within a short drive to Menagio, and a walk to Dongo - Adele was only too happy to give us maps and directions to help us get there!
We hope to go back there again some day.

J'ai passé 3 nuits, avec mon épouse et mes enfants, dans cet agréable B&B; à proximité immédiate du Lac de Come [200 m environs]. Pianello Dell Lario n'est pas très touristique, si vous souhaitez trouvez de belles plages allez plutôt sur Lenno [Lide de Lenno] et pour de bon restaurant descendez jusqu'à Menagio.
Si vous recherchez un hébergement économique, en famille, tranquille alors contactez adele qui vous recevra très agréablement [petit déjeuné sur sa terasse face au lac de Côme ou dans son jardin] et qui parle en Français de plus. -

We visited in May and have since been in Europe for four months. We still think back to our stay at Breva & Tivan as one of the best times on our trip. Adele is so lovely, kind and gentle. She organized terrific outings through her local knowledge, fed us fresh, local breakfasts and provided an immaculately clean accomodation. When we stayed we had the entire top floor to ourselves which was great. We particularly enjoyed the quiet location, away from the tourist areas. There were several good restaurants recommended by adele so eating out was easy. Perched halfway up the hillside afforded great views over the northern end of Lake Como, to the snow capped mountains opposite. We would return in a heartbeat .

Nice room, excellent breakfast, good guidances to visit around and last but not least important, Adele is a very gentle guest allways available for discussions and advices
