Villa Paride is a bright and elegant two-story independent house situated in a quiet location, a few minutes from the town center. It sleeps nine people. It is appoximately 120 square meters (1290 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, private terraces, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be roughly 1 km (0.6 miles) from the center of Piano di Sorrento , where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the closest restaurant at 200 meters (660 feet), a grocery store at 300 meters (990 fee...t), the stop for the EAV bus Piano - Sant'Agata line at 400 meters (1300 feet) and the closest beach at 2.5 km (roughly 1.5 miles). You will reach Villa Paride walking past a small entrance gate and going up an external stairway which consists of approximately ten steps.

For a succesful stay at Villa Paride we recommend having a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge inside the entrance gate, not suitable for large SUVs, motorhomes, caravans. We recommend to bring a small car (the size of a Fiat Punto or smaller).

At Villa Paride you will have a relaxing holiday enjoying the beauty of the sea and the peaceful quiet of the surrounding countryside.

Villa Paride is a semi-detached house. A part of it is at your own disposal, garden and swimming pool included. The second apartment, right next to yours, is occupied by the owners who will be happy to be, discreetly, at your disposal. On request, a qualified chef will prepare meals and cooking lessons.

The above-ground swimming pool has a circular shape and has a diameter of 5 meters (16 feet). The swimming pool area is equipped with tables, chairs, deck chairs, sun loungers and an external shower. The pool is open from the beginning of June until the beginning of October.

The garden is 1500 square meters (16200 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a tall gazebo and by trees. The garden is equipped with a wickerwork sofa and armchairs, as well as with tables, chairs, sun umbrellas, sun loungers, a swing and hammocks. In the garden you will find a fenced children's playgrounds. Here you will also find a wood-fired pizza oven. The garden is occasionally crossed by the owners.

The living room is paved with majolica tiles. The furnishings are elegant and bright. The furnishings include a long L-shaped leather sofa , a divan that unfolds into a double bed and a desk. In this room you will find a large flat-screen satellite television, a DVD player, a CD player with FM radio and a laptop computer. From the living room you will be able to enter a small patio through a French door. The room has a window overlooking the street below.

You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room and from the corridor. It is spacious and comfortable, equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, a toaster and other small appliances. There is a table to seat nine guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to a small patio.

The first bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a shower and a hairdryer. Here you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.

The terrace is 10 square meters (107 square feet) large. The terrace is equipped with a small sofa and two armchairs, as well as with a table, chairs, a sun umbrella and two deck chairs.

You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. The furnishings are elegant and welcoming, and include some antique pieces. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include an armchair. From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. It has a bunk bed (two single beds, one on top of the other). An additional single trundle bed is available (if requested in advance) to make it a triple room. The furnishings include a desk. From the bedroom you will be able to enter a terrace through a French door.

You will be able to enter the third bedroom from the corridor. The furnishings are romantic and elegant. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include an armchair. From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

The second bathroom is spacious and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a bathtub with shower wand and a hairdryer. The bathroom has a window. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.

  We have just returned from a lovely holiday staying at the Villa Paride and cannot praise the wonderful hospitality of Lucia, Alex and not forgetting Rocky the dog. We arrived in Italy late on Saturday 30th april because of delays on the M11, which meant we missed our morning flight. Alex met us at the train station in Saint agnello as it was easier to meet him there to give us directions to the villa. When we arrived, Lucia had kindly baked us a wonderful cake and left provisions in the fridge for us. The villa is absolutely beautiful and spotless, decor is lovely. Lots of space for us as there was six, I choose the room with the cherubs as they are my favourite. We met Lucia the next morning, I can honestly say that we felt as though we had known her for years, perfect Italian hospitality, we are italian ourselves so it almost felt as though we were staying with family. The garden is large, spacious, well maintained, with plenty of seating. My 8 year old nephew loved the hammocks and to be honest, so did I. Alex made sure the pool was open for us, yes it was freezing cold, but with an 8 year old nephew I had no choice but to go in. After a while, the temperature felt ok and in the summer time in you would appreciate that temperature. We met Rocky the family dog and fell in love, miss you Rocky. He loved his italian food as much as we did! Sunday evening we were invited to May Day celebrations in the garden, Lucia and her family cooked for about 30 people and we were really lucky to eat the fantastic food and meet lots of wonderful people. I would recommend a car if you are staying at the villa, although me and my boyfriend did walk into Sorrento a few times ,it took approx 45 minutes. Food was plentiful, shops and takeaways near by, so you will never go hungry. Lucia does have a cooking school if you are interested and her food is absolutely delicious, good cooked italian food. Sorrento is beautiful, nearby and lots of wonderful shops to visit. We also drove to my Fathers village which was a 2 hour journey, where we met my Fathers cousin which drove from Rome. Villa Paride is in a perfect location and lovely to come home to after a long day out sightseeing. We would definitely recommend this villa to all our friends and family, you truly feel like you are "home from home". We booked through Summer In Italy, they are brilliant, very helpful and extremely professional. We miss Villa Paride already and all hope to return very soon. Thank you Lucia, Alex and Rocky for making our stay so wonderful, we all hope to see you very soon!
