This lovely cottage near Pickering sleeps four in two bedrooms. Holly Cottage is a lovely cottage in Middleton near Pickering. With two bedrooms, a double and a twin, it sleeps four people comfortably. There is also a ground floor bathroom, a first floor cloakroom, a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room. Outside there is an enclosed garden and unrestricted roadside parking. With the North York Moors National Park, Whitby and York all within easy reach, Holly Cottage makes a great holiday base.

All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Unrestricted roadside parking 50 yards away in side street. Enclosed, gravelled garden to rear with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 5 mins walk, pub 1 mile. Note: This property is next to an A road, and as such some road noise may be heard.

Region: The North York Moors National Park covers 554 square miles, with landscape ranging from heather-clad moorland and deep secluded dales, to the cliffs and coves of the magnificent coastline making it a haven for walkers.

Town: The historic market town of Pickering has many amenities including traditional shops, tea rooms, pubs and restaurants. The town is often referred to as the gateway to the breathtaking North York Moors National Park. Attractions that are well worth visiting are the North York Moors Stream Railway, Pickering Castle and The Beck Isle Museum, which displays black and white photographs of rural life. The area is a haven for walkers with hills, valleys and rivers to explore, plus wildlife enthusiasts will enjoy the wildlife in the North York Moors. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
