'Apartment Pienza' is a modern farmhouse apartment located in the medieval estate which has been renovated with special care. Antiques, original bench tops and sinks marble staircases, paintings and more add to the atmosphere. The apartment has wonderful views of the Val d'Orcia. You need to climb the original marble staircase to reach this 100 sqm apartment. There is a double bed room and a twin room that can be made into a double on request. It is a large apartment with open plan living room with SAT TV and fireplace. The kitchen is complete with an oven, stove and fridge, and also another fireplace. There is a dining table for 6 people. Yo...u can enjoy wonderful views from this apartment. The apartment has independent central heating. Children under 5 years are free. Final cleaning is included in the above prices. Water and Electricity are also included. On the estate for communal use is a large dining room with fireplace, a barbecue, laundry, private swimming pool with solarium and a swimming pool for children, private lake for fishing, mountain bikes at disposal of the guests and endless possibilities to go trekking. Horse ride is available on request. Pets are welcomed. There are other six apartments in the estate that can be rented together for larger groups: Apartment Orchia, Apartment Rhea , Apartment Piero, Apartment Amiata, Apartment Chiostro and Apartment Vignoni Each apartment varies from the next in size and decor. Some apartments offer antique wardrobes, while others have a style dating back to the 50's, some apartments offer wooden beamed ceilings and yet others offer open plan living areas.
