Two bedroom cottage right on Lake Armington is modest and clean and fun place to be with 2 bedrooms, 1 & 3/4 bath, modern kitchen, livingroom, dining room, nice porch overlooking lake with a king bed in master bedroom with private bath, two twin beds and a pullout couch. Screened porch, dock, row boat, raft, outdoor fireplace, canoe, $695 per week. Pets allowed if owner cleans up after them. Bring your own linens or $50 supplied. My husband and I brought our two children ages 10 and 11, as well as our two dogs, to this cabin in the mountains. We knew from the pictures that is was a little on the rustic side but it was great.
We enjoyed eating all our meals on the screened porch looking out onto the lake. The kids enjoyed going out on the row boat, jumping off while out a bit and swimming back to the dock. We all enjoyed fishing and not having to go far, just a few feet from the door.This was our first time taking our dogs on vacation and it was great to have this cabin available so we could take our entire family with us.
The cabin is only 15-20 minutes away from Vermont where they have a Hannafords and the best ice cream! Walmart is about 45 minutes away in NH.
We would consider going there again. It was a great deal for the price.
