Fillipo is situated on one of the narrow streets leading off from the main Piazza. THE BRIDGEWATER DIFFERENCE: A few thoughtful touches are included in your weekly villa rental:
* 2 bicycles
* Beach club membership included in May, June and September. (1 umberella for up to 4 people with 2 deckchairs and a sun lounger)
* Courtesy arrival toiletries
* A bottle of local wine,
* Welcome hamper with food for a snack on arrival and breakfast the next morning.
* Beach towels
* Cot available free of charge. Please request at teh time of booking.
EXTRA CHARGES TO BE ADDED TO YOUR INVOICE: Local charges cover final/end of week cleaning, linen (including bathroom and bed linen as well as beach / pool towels) utilities such as gas, electric, water. Local charges to be paid in cash locally on arrival. Local charges are as follows: 3 bedroom property 120 Euros per week
Flexi arrival days. Arrive any day, stay as long as you like. (Minimum stay 4 nights) Sunday arrivals possible at a supplement of £50.

We stayed in Fillippo for 4 nights during the summer and the only bad thing we have to say about it is that we could not stay longer!
Travelling with 2 young children means that we could not always stay out late and soak up the atmosphere of the square, not a problem here.
Perfectly located so that if the children grew tired we were less than 2 minutes from getting them home. We had a large (and safe for children) terrace that we could sit out on in the evenings with a glass of wine and listen to the buzz from the restaurants below. We thought that the price to pay for this would be external noise disturbing the kids when they were asleep but all you can hear is a distant hum once the windows and doors are shut. As for mornings, the square is very quiet until the afternoon so less noise than the place we had stayed previously.
When we were first shown into the apartment by the lovely and very accommodating staff at Bridgewater Travel we fell in love with the quaint, charming and deceptively spacious apartment. You really feel like somebody is letting you borrow their well loved home for a few days. The decor is warm, my little girl adored her beautifully decorated pink bedroom (people travelling with boys may need to prepare them for a pink bedroom beforehand!) and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need.
The apartment was immaculate with freshly laundered linen and towels and the provision of beach towels was a nice touch that allowed extra room in our cases.
I would absolutely recommend this apartment to both families and people travelling without children, although I am loathe to in case it is booked out next time we want to go :-) -

This was a lovely apartment with a super terrace it could not have a better location if you want to be in the middle of such a lovely town.
