Villa Dano is situated on a narrow country lane approximately half way between the beach and the old town of Pietrasanta. Surrounded by grounds of one acre where natural firs and pines are interspersed by the occasional mature olive tree and a vast swimming pool - which is a unique feature in this lovely area.
Three properties are linked by arches along the length of the pool, only Dano is available for holiday rents, the other two villas have Italian families in permanent residence. FINAL/END OF WEEK CLEANING payable locally 90 euros per week (gas, electric, water, bathroom and bed linen and pool towels )
ARRIVALS: BETWEEN 1600-1900HRS. DEPARTURES: BY 0900HRS. Flexi arrival days. Arrive any day, stay as long as you like. (Minimum stay 4 nights) Sunday arrivals possible at a supplement of £50.
INVENTORY DEPOSITS:A security deposit is required to be held by us against unpaid local accounts or damages. You can pledge the security deposit by Credit Card authorisation which is cancelled as soon as we receive advice from Italy that no charges are due. For this property the deposit held is €155 payable by returning the Consignment of Key form to our UK office prior to departure.
