I wanted to take a minute and share my thoughts on staying at absolutely Wonderful Cabin. The minute we pulled up and I saw the beautiful home surrounded by such amazing views, I knew we had selected the perfect place for our trip.
The inside did not disappoint either. Each room was beautifully decorated and unique. The bathrooms were exceptionally clean, as was the kitchen. Everything we needed to prepare meals and snacks was available.
We felt that we had such a sense of privacy, yet, the shopping and restaurants were only a short drive away. It was like having the best of both. It had been many years since I had visited the Gatlinburg area and can't wait to plan our next trip there. Without question, we will stay at absolutely Wonderful again.
Thanks to the Jenders for having such a perfect vacation spot and allowing others to share their wonderful home. -

This cabin was fantastic for several reasons - it was secluded, it had a great view, the inside was warm and welcoming, the bedrooms are great, and the wrap around porch and spa was put to great use!
The whole family enjoyed our stay. And we will be going back.

My husband and I greatly enjoyed our stay at Absolutely Wonderful. It was everything promised on line. We had plenty of room, the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to enjoy our week, and the view was unforgettable. Linda was a pleasure to work with and she went out of her way to make sure that we enjoyed our stay. The cabin was very clean and confortable and we will be calling our home away from home in the Smoky Mountains. The cabin was very private and we enjoyed having a quiet cup of coffee from the deck while taking in that view. Our dog loved it too. We would not hesitate to go back, in fact we are planning our next trip now. We can't wait to get back there.

We just got back from the mountains and had a great stay at the cabin! All total, there were 7 of us (my parents, my sister & her son, and my brother & his wife) and we had plenty of room.
Personally, I liked staying in the bedroom in the basement ? away from my sister (we can?t go 3 days without a fight - but otherwise the trip was great! :) ). Every bedroom had a TV (for cooling-off when those family squabbles got heated) and high-speed internet access through the WiFi network (for when work tracked me down).
But enough about the bad stuff, the place really IS great! Thank you so much!!!
On my way up there (it?s a little bit of a climb up the mountain for my Prius ? but worth it!) I kept seeing so many other cabins that were on the road with little to no privacy at all. I was concerned it would be the same way with the place we were going to be staying at ? but it turned out to be very well secluded! There?s a great view of the mountains off the front porch (very serene ? I can imagine it will be awesome in a couple months when the leaves start to turn!) a hot tub on the porch (though I didn?t use it myself) and plenty of parking for our vehicles right next to the house.
Even though getting there is a climb up the mountain, it?s actually very well located in Pigeon Forge ? just above the Dolly Wood entrance and not far at all from the Pigeon Forge Trolley Depot were you can park and ride the shuttles all day long (we like to take the trolleys around town - it's a vacation so there was no need to hurry).
We also drove down to the WalMart, picked-up groceries, and used the full-kitchen to cook most of our meals, which in the long run saved us a bit of money since we weren?t eating-out every meal!
We had a great time and I think the place will become one of our best family vacation memories - me and my sister even made up -- a little. Still, it's good to live 3 hours from her. :P hehehe

My family's stay at Absolutely Wonderful was one of the best vacations we have ever had. The area is gorgeous, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg have lots for a family to do, and the cabin was the cherry on top!
Frankly, while the kids loved to roam the shops and amusements down in the valley, we preferred the tranquility and views of the cabin itself!
We highly recommend this part of the world to everyone, and we couldn't think of a better place to stay than Absolutely Wonderful cabin! -

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the gorgeous cabin. The view was as wonderful as the cabin itself. Very peaceful location with a scenic view of the valley, easy access, yet very private. The owners were the nicest people I've ever dealt with. In the future I will certainly return to this very place!

Loved the view! The cabin was perfect for our size group of 4 adults and 4 kids. Plenty of room to spread out and lots of things to do on rainy days. Unfortunately there were several of those while there, but there was plenty to keep the kids occupied and the adults too!
First time I've rented by owner and I was nervous but after working with Linda it's the way I will rent from now on.
We will be returning next year - can't wait!
