      The check in and check out process was quick,easy and friendly.Our cabin was very clean and comfortable. It is in a perfect location just right off the parkway in Pigeon Forge. It was well stocked with everything we needed from kitchen to bathroom.Thank you for making our vacation so wonderful.We will use Eden Crest again in the future!

      True Comfort and Relaxation

      We just returned from our long, get-away weekend. Honestly, this cabin made our experience here for the first time one that we will never forget. It is true comfort and relaxation. We couldn't have asked for anything better. We definitely hope to return and for the two of us, we couldn't imagine a better place to stay.

      Exciting and Wonderful Experience

      Upon arrival the staff was very friendly and thorough. We were told about a large black bear in the area with instructions on what to do and not to do. Fifteen minutes after checking in while unloading our luggage into our cabin a large black bear walked across the road about twenty feet away. It was scary but exciting at the same time. Our cabin was very clean. The pictures online did not do it justice...it absolutely the best...very romantic! We loved the location as well...just 15 minutes from the main strip. We look forward to coming back again and staying in the same cabin. There is a journal in the cabin 'Naughty By Nature” that contains entries by couples that have stayed there...when it is full I hope it stays in the cabin and another one brought in...Great Idea!! We look forward to staying there again.

      My husband and I really enjoyed this cabin. It was a all around wonderful experience. The staff at Eden Crest was very knowledgeable and helpful with everything from reservations to check-in. The cabin was located just right. Enough on the edge of town that you felt like you were way back in the woods, but close enough for all the great amenities. Naughty by Nature is a great cabin for honeymooners, anniversaries, and just romantic getaways. My husband and I were celebrating our 10 yr wedding anniversary and it was just perfect for the two of us. We had a great jacuzzi tub, hot tub, and huge canopy style bed. The price was great as well. I would definetly recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a romantic getaway!

      I suprised my wife for our 10year anniversary. It is perfect in every way. I will be returning to Eden Crest. Staff is friendly and went above and beyound to help me out. The conceirge stagg rock. I could not stay in Charlotte (home) for the price that I paid to here. I dont believe that anyone can beat Eden's price and or service. My wife was really impressed and says that it is the best place she has stayed. The cabins are just off the main strip in P.F. and yet you get a real feeling of privacy. I don't think that I can say enough good things about our stay. I highly recommend this agency to stay with. It was totally awesome, perfect, fun, well worth the time and money. The rates really can't be beat. The furnishings are great. They will make sure your stay is great and that you are well taken care of. You will love your stay!!!

      Great Romantic Getaway

      This cabin made for a great weekend getaway. The kitchen is very small, but provided enough room for us to cook a nice meal together. The king-sized bed was reasonably comfortable... not as good as home, but definitely better than some places we've stayed. And the hot-tub was a great way to relax in the afternoon.

      My only real complaint about this cabin is the window blinds. During the day, they allow you to see out without letting anyone see in. But at night, the reverse is true (unless you turn off all the lights). The cabin is in a pretty secluded location, so it's not like a ton of people are walking by, but if you're on a "romantic getaway," you'd probably prefer to not have open windows around.

      We loved our stay. The cabin was so cozy and clean. We checked out a lot of cabins before choosing and these prices were way cheaper but no loss of quality! All the amenities. So quiet but just two minutes to the parkway. And the staff is so friendly. Will definetly stay again!

      We loved the cabin and had an amazing time. It is decorated nicely and it was also very clean. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants a get away with their significant other. The only things I would change would be to add a dead bolt on the inside so when you are there you can securely lock the front door and I would also change the check-in time to 1pm instead of 4pm.

      Fabulous Honey moon get away

      Our 5 days we stayed at the Naugty By Nature cabin was fabulous. It could use better parking and more privacy by the hot tub. Otherwise this cabin was perfect and we would stay there again. Hopefully for our 1 yrs anniversary. Eden Crest rentals our the best folks and very polite and looks out for your interest and convienance. The cabin was cozy and very comfortable, the inside is very romantic. My husband and myself loved our time and hated to leave. Thanks again for allowing us the use of this cute cabin.

      It would be good for a young couple but this is what we didn't like...parking was too small for our truck...I slept on the couch because the matress was bad...needs space to hold hanging clothes...didn't use hot tub because it had mildew on the lid!! Didn't use the heart tub..how do you the clean the lines and how often?

      ‘Naughty By Nature’ is a great little cabin in Pigeon Forge. It is very often a favorite for honeymooning couples, as it is small and intimate. The online description does show multiple photos that give you a very good idea of the layout of the cabin.
      We cannot emphasize enough that guests should call with any concerns, such as mildew on the tub cover. Our cleaning procedures are strict for tubs and pools, and a maintenance staff member could explain the intricacies of the procedure if you want to know in detail.
      We will see about the mattress. Unless you lie on it, you may not feel the discomfort. So, thank you for bringing that to our attention!
      We encourage all guests to tell us of any special needs – like over-sized parking spaces for large vehicles. We hope you will come back and stay with us in another, larger cabin. We are pleased to match you up with the perfect cabin for your vacation.

      We rented a cabin when we went to Tennessee to get married. We couldn't have stayed anywhere nicer. Some of our friends had an ordinary motel room, and didn't pay much less. The kitchen had all we needed! It was so comfortable! We felt at home.

      We very much enjoyed our stay a our little cabin.It was very close to town.Easy to get to and very private.We were able to relax and enjoy our stay away from home.The only suggestion I could find was some where to hang clothes.Even a wooden peg wall board would have been nice.The bathroom was a little small.But really none of that really mattered it was all so nice otherwise.

      It was relaxing, but, the closeness of all the cabins and being close to the main roadway, took away the "by your self" and "out in the wilderness" feel. When you sit on the rear deck, you can see other rear decks and they can see you. I thought the cabins where much further apart from each other. You can hear the traffic when sitting in the hot tub or on the swing. The cabin was beautiful and well equipped, the only thing it lacked was an audio system to listen to music inside and on the rear deck. All in all, it was a peaceful, relaxing and romantic get-a-way cabin.

      My wife and I had a nice weekend away together and enjoyed the cabin. We loved Pigeon Forge and have talked about going back again. We had issues with two items. One was the Wii gaming system. The disc could not be read by the game system. I assume it was scratched. We informed the front desk during check out. The other was a late check-in. We arrived a few minutes after 4:00 pm and could not check in due to the cabin not being ready. The staff at Eden Crest did not seem to care that we had to wait and did not offer any suggestions other than we should go out to eat and come back later. We waited until 5:00 pm before we were allowed to check-in. Other than that, it was nice.

Next time please let us know of a problem like this so we can make the necessary repairs during your stay. We are anxious to serve you and will do whatever we can to make your stay wonderful. I also want to apologize for the late check in. We take great pride in making sure our properties are clean and well stocked for the next guest checking in and sometimes when we are booked up heavily it is hard to do a good cleaning job and have all of our cabins ready by the 4:00pm check in time. That is why we do not have a firm check in time in case we need to allow extra time for a particular property. As to the customer service you felt you did not get I will be addressing that. I have just let one of my staff go because I did not feel they had the customer service skills we require for our staff. I take this issue very seriously and want you to know it will be rectified.       Cabin was clean, all appliances worked properly, and was stocked with all the hardware (like pots and pans, etc.) my girlfriend and I needed to cook meals.

      The Jacuzzi was great, but had a slight draining problem that did not affect our enjoyment of it.

      Back deck was relatively scenic, and the view was not cluttered by commercial development.

      Eden Crest Staff was friendly and accommodating.

      I rented this cabin for my husband and me for a much needed weekend getaway. The cabin has everything two people needs to stay cozy and comfortable. This cabin is located in a great place. It only takes you a few minutes to get into Pigeon Forge. Now if it snows you will need to have a 4-wheel drive to get to it. The service you receive from the Eden Crest staff was great. The only complaint I have about the cabin was the ant issue it seem to have. Now with that said never seen any live ones, just dead ones. But that will not stop me....from renting it again.

      We thoroughly enjoyed our 6 month ann. but the only issues we had were that the jacuzzi insidde would not work or we could not find the buttons, then the dart board would not work, and finally that it was very hard to find things on the television without a guide. But.... the cabin was so beautiful and would like if you could please send us the manufacturer of the mattress that is on that paarticular bed. we would like to get one for ourselves, it was some of the best nights we have slept since we have been married. thank you for our experience and we will return and husband would like to know the manufacturer of the bed. thank you again for everything. love the Watsons

      The place was beautiful and the accomadations were exactly as described except that the fireplace did not work. We called down to the office upon arrival and were assured that the maintenance people would be up to fix. We went out to dinner with the understanding that they would be in to fix while we were gone. However, when we got back we were told that they were very busy but guaranteed they would be there by nine. No one showed or called. We left i the morning to go out and enjoy the sights and when we got back in the evening there was a card hanging that stated they needed parts to fix it. Now the fireplace was a key point for me and i was very disappointed that we were not contacted by management to make some type of concession for this. I mean after all you go to a cabin for the ambiance and this really put a damper on our stay. This is something that should have been checked prior to our arrival and at the very least management should have called to offer a comparable cabin seeing as we were there during off season and there were plenty available. I would suggest to anyone to make sure the facilities are checked prior to your arrival.
