We met some Georgia family here and spent the weekend. The kids enjoyed sleeping in the loft. The accommodations were great and the view was too. The cabin was very clean which was really important since we traveled with a toddler. We would return to this cabin again for sure.

The stay was enjoyable and relaxing...one of the main reasons we booked it in the first place. The service was seamless from booking online to greeting and talking with the desk personnel when we arrived, and anytime in between when we needed some information or directions, etc. When we stayed in a Suite Mountain Escape i believe we were the 6th group to stay in the cabin since it had just been built a couple of months previous. Being new, there were a couple of issues for the resort to look at but nothing that affected our stay.
The view, my main reason for booking this mini-vacation, was outstanding. Looking out over the tree tops to a triple stacked ridge-line in the distance with fall foliage all around was nothing short of breathtaking! Seeing as how I lost my breath, relaxing in the numerous rocking chairs on the multiple decks came in quite handy. For those into water relaxation, the hot tub met all their needs as well. Finish the day off with a couple of movies in the stairstepped theater room guaranteed a great nights sleep.

It was our first time visiting the Great Smoky Mountains let alone renting a cabin. We didn't know what to expect; however, we were pleasantly surprised to a beautiful cabin. It was clean and the customer service was excellent. The location is awesome and the views from the cabin is breathtaking. Amenities added to the cabin stay and relaxation of our vacation. I have already started to look into a future stay with Parkside accomodations. I had family visiting from Hawaii and California and they would love to return. Be aware of the bears. We had a mama bear and cub that frequented the area at night. My brother witnessed a bear go through our trash from his loft and it was confirmed by the cabin next door who was able to take pictures of a bear in their driveway.
Cabin was great with everything we needed, very clean.

We had a family gathering at the cabin for the car show. I will say the price is a little high for the resort, but the cabin was beautiful. We loved the fact that each bedroom had a king sized bed, so all of the adults felt like they got a master suite. We were also able to watch the USC / Georgia game in the theatre room, that was very cool! The resort also provided more than enough supplies to get us through the weekend. It is a beautiful place, and we'd love to stay here again.

I think I was the first person to stay in this cabin as I was told that it had just been built. Cabin is beautiful with upscale furniture and has great mountain views. There is a double gazebo with a fairly private hot tub on one deck with good mountain views. It was very relaxing sitting in the hot tub and watching the Nascar race on the outside TV. The other gazebo deck had a fire pit with lots of seating and mountain views but I didn't use it. Very open but comfortable main floor with tall ceilings and recliner sofas. Fireplace in every bedroom and the living room but it was hot in Pigeon Forge so I didn't use them. The loft is huge. Theater room was great to watch a movie on the big screen. I've stayed a few times at Parkside Resort and the staff is the best, always friendly and the cabins have always been clean. Would like plusher towels.
