We had a awesome time condo was very clean and spacious and in a great location we were close to many restaurants, grocery store and the tanger outlet so we didn't have to drive far to enjoy ourselves. We will be back

Had a great stay here. Great location, beautiful condo. Bed could have been cleaner, found a black hair on the sheets when pulled down. Staff could have been more professional, went to find a housekeeper around 9pm of our stay and when found her found her smoking weed with a guy.

Very nicely decorated and great location. Some of the pillows didn't have pillow cases on them and it didn't look like the beds had fresh linens. Dry didn't work too good - didn't dry the clothes well - but it was nice to have a washer and dryer available. We would stay here again - close to shopping, restaurants and main road.

Marty, from start to finish was excellent. The condo was beautiful! Her referral for the spa (All About You Day Spa) was the perfect for my wife and I. Coming back this spring to stay again with the kids this time. They handled everything. Very pleased. Will come back again!

We had an overall good experience, just a few things I would change in your units/suggestions ie: longer towel rod @ shower, step for jacuzze(us short people) noise barrier between floors I know that's impossible now but tends to be a little loud from surrounding units. But, overall we do plan on returning.

The condo was very noisy. There appeared to be no insulation in the walls to help with sound proofing. Also, only 3 to 4 units were occupied and you could hear when people came in to their condo. I would have hate to been there when it was full.

It was a great location, close to entertainment,shopping,restaurants,The condo was well lite.And very clean. All the kitchen utensils you need where available. I have no complaints, I would definitely recommend this Condo to anybody looking for great vacation.

We had a very nice stay without any real complaints. Our room was very nice and clean with a good water view. Wish we would have had time to fish. I just felt bad for the people who were staying in the cabins and had to come all the way to our condo to use the pool because of an argument between the staff their pool wasnt getting maintained. They had kids and didnt have a place for them to go the bathroom. I would definitely recommend this condo.

The Condos were in a very quiet location but still very convenient. The ad listed it as a Pigeon Forge condo but it is actually in Sevierville the town next to Pigeon Forge. It's still on the Parkway. It's just the next town up the street from Pigeon Forge. The condo was well equipped and very clean. The only downside was the quality of the matress in the Master suite and the linen and pillows. It was advertised as luxury bedding and comfortable matresses. I would definitely not use those words to describe the bargain basement matress, the rough linens, or the hodgepodge of mismatched, cheep pillows in the rooms. I've had more comfortable bedding at a Comfort Inn. The furniture and other appointments in the condo were very nice. I did have a few questions on the ride down and had to leave message and wait for return call which took about twenty minutes. Also, they will not allow you to check in early, regardless of what they say on the check in instructions. We were there two hours before check in and there was no housekeeping people on site the entire time we waited and even though we called and asked they did not give us the code for the door until two minutes prior to the 3 o'clock check in time. The room was ready they just did not care that we were there early. Even though the check in instructions said they would text you when the room was clean and ready for you they stick to a strict time for the check ins.

Condo was perfect and was even nicer than the virtual tour. We loved the keypad lock because I didn't have to keep up with a key. The only problem we had was that there was no informatoin on the TV channels or a guide.
I was very impressed that the condo was ready on time and the message was on my phone.
Cannot say enough good about it. PERFECT!!!! -

Loved the condo. It was new, clean and comfortable. The pool was heated and well maintained. The door combination was great because we never had to keep track of an extra key. The only down side was the location which would be perfect for people who want to be next to lots of tourist attractions but that's just not my thing. I'll be staying closer to the mountains in an Elk Springs Resort cabin next time.

Not necessarily a 'resort' as such, but we really had a nice stay. The condo and staff were very nice, and the kids enjoyed the pool. A short drive to most of the attractions for them. I would stay again, and have already recommended it to family and friends.

The Condo was beautiful!! Gorgeous decor, scenic balcony view, jacuzzi tub, big screen TVs, stainless steel appliances, comfortable beds, the list goes on and on. It's private, but yet close to EVERYTHING..shopping, shows, views, dining,...the Smokies has it all. The price was very affordable. I rate Elk Springs A+++.

We were amazed to realize that there was no dead bolt or any other lock that could be actuated from the inside. The electronic combination lock was the only lock. This means a maid, janitor or anybody with the combination can walk in on you. We spent the nights with our bedroom door locked just to feel safe. We have since compared the prices and they were high. We extended our visit by adding a Friday night and were charged almost double the price of the Wed and Thur night price. This was a total shock and even more so as we relaized there were only 3 Condos rented on Friday night. Would not return based on cost and security concerns.

Dale, we use standard locks like all the other high end condos in the industry, so the units are secure. Our pricing structure is very competitive based on the market and we typically are much better priced than the competition especially given the quality of the condos. Also, the pricing during the weekends can run twice the price especially since you booked on a holiday weekend.
