      Loved this rental, felt just like being home! Very close to all the attractions and resturants. The kids loved the view and the keyless entry was a hit. Will definitely use amazing Views Cabins again.

      Relaxing Get away

      The condo definitely lived up to the pictures online. My kids were a little disappointed with the size of the swimming pool. It was small and crowded, so they did not get the chance to swim. Other than that I would highly recommend the unit and the development. It is centrally located and close to Dollywood, which is why we came to Pigeon Forge for this particular trip. It was quiet at night. The accomodations were modern and comfortable and the decor was elegant. The only thing that was missing for me is the Hgtv channel, which for some strange reason is not a part of the cable or satellite TV package. So I had to settle for Food Network. The other draw back was having to drive all the way into Gatlinburg to check in. I would recommend that you open a satellite office in Pigeon Forge to make it easier on folks who are staying in Pigeon Forge.

      We stayed for 4 night and only paid for 3 as there was a special from this company. The condo was located shortly after entering Pigeon Forge but towards the back of the property so traffic noises did not bother us at all. This also meant it was easier to get to restaurants and the outlet mall. The condo was pretty clean -- the tile floor could of used more mopping as when I walked across my feet were grimy. The furniture, appliances, and cooking utensils were all in good condition. What I really liked was that the rental company offered an easier check-in option if you returned the rental agreement and finished payment before arrival so you wouldn't have to fight the traffic to get to their office. And traffic was awful on the afternoon we arrived and with young, impatient kids in the car, the easy check-in was greatly appreciated! My only complaint is that the pool is small considering there are 4 buildings with many condos in the area so it got crowded easily. Also the water seemed a little murky. Overall, we had a great experience, the price was right and we hope to return

      My water pressure was low and the hot water wouldn't stay hot. My dvd was broken.Also my Jacuzzi didnt work properly

      From day one of placing our reservation it was a great experience with the excellent quality customer care we received. They were so helpful in assisting us with their expert suggestions of the right location for our needs. Walking in for the first time I remember the "new" smell of the condo, and the great, home away from home, feeling it presented. The location was perfect! We enjoyed the convience it offered with all the great food/activities within walking distance! The best thing was the easy check-in and out, by placing a phone call, and also we loved the comfort feeling we had during our stay especially with the king size beds in each bedroom!!! That was a must! The swimming pool could have been a little larger but that being said, we all had a great time around the pool meeting some wonderful families.
