We loved the place I think we wanted to stay more in the absolutely beautiful condo more then go out . It was so peaceful and relaxing . The only thing we did not like is that The Hottube was not hot at all and the pool was not heated .

The condo was beautiful and very clean! The location was just what we wanted, close to everything but away from all of the traffic. The only negatives were the door code we were given to check in did not work, however we only had to wait maybe 3 minutes for someone to return our call with a working door code. And the light shining into the bedroom from outside hallway made it hard to sleep. Overall, great experience!

We will be back here. Loved how we was close to everything. Everything was clean. By far my favorite vacationing place. Although the pool and spa was supposed to be heated and was not ,but it didn't bother us we had a amazing time! We will be back!

We are water drinkers and a nice surprise was the filtered water on the fridge. The furnishings are nice and the place is spacious. The master is a little tight but the bed is very comfortable. And the decor is very nice, loved the fans....

The only thing is the dresser in the bedroom was way to big for a small room. It was extremely clean and a beautiful view. We will be back to stay. :)

Our second stay at River Crossing and we enjoyed it just as much as the first. Very comfortable, clean, beautifully furnished and a convenient location. Even nicer than the log homes we have rented in the past and a much better rate. This is definitely our new favorite place to stay when visiting the Smokies.

When i first drove up the back of the property I was dissapointed and then I realized the property was still in construction. My stay was very enjoyable and the bed were very comfortable. The only thing is that my sisters condo - the tv would not shut off in 404, but other than that no complaints at all. I would definitely book again.

One of the nicest places we have stayed in the area. Beautifully decorated, comfortable furnishings, all new stainless steel appliances. View of the river, the town and the mountains from our private balcony. Only two complaints. A luggage cart would have made it easier to get all our suit cases, etc from the car to the unit and back down again. There is an elevator but still had to make several trips when we could have done it all in one trip with a luggage cart. Also, the timer on the lights needs to be reset. It is dark by 7:30 but the lights don't come on until 8:30 so there is no light in the parking lot or the walk ways until then. These are minor things that can be easily fixed. We definitely plan to stay there again in the future.

I loved where the property was located for the ease of getting in, out and about the area. The condo was very clean and well managed. Everyday when we returned to the condo, it felt like a warm welcome and the opportunity to relax for the evening.

This was a great 1 bedroom condo. Very luxurious. Location was great if you are interested in touristy Pigeon Forge (A few blocks of the main road), and close to the National park entrance, but not in the National Park like the homes. Overall, I would recommend this location highly, unless you want to be in the woods.

The email verification we received of our reservation only gave the address on Powdermill. Thinking our condo was in PF, we called the office but had to leave a message. Finally drove all the way out there in the terrible traffic only to be finally called back while on Glades Rd. to tell us in fact our condo was back in PF. Gal was rude on the phone. Finally got to condo and upon arrival, wondered what we'd gotten ourselves into when seeing the building for the first time...nondescript & prison looking. Once we got inside, LOVED the condo! Beautiful! Comfortable! Loved the pool as well.

Very pleasant. We were able to book a last minute vacation with ease and particularly liked the remote check-in/out feature. We reserved the condo site unseen and were very pleased to find a spacious one-bedroom with fully accessorized kitchen. It was quiet and property management was friendly whenever they called or we saw on-site staff in the corridors. My wife really liked watching the geese the come up out of the creek from our balcony every morning and evening. Great option in the smokies!
