This wonderful 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom house is the perfect family rental that will leave both the kids and adults happy, being warm and inviting and comfortably furnished as well. This is a sunny and rather elegant home that will leave you with great memories. You will find hardwood flooring throughout and bedrooms that are tastefully furnished with either twin beds or larger sized beds that sleep two. A fully equipped kitchen is provided so feel free to prepare delicious meals, which can be enjoyed with the family in the dining area. Also, other amenities include a poolroom for some great family fun in the evenings!

We loved how our rental was close to everything, yet it felt like you were out in the mountains by yourself.
The staff was courteous and helpful, and the cabin was perfect for dad and three teenagers! Everyone had a great time.
The pool was great, and we loved making a bonfire in the pool area and making smores after the sun went down.
We look forward to coming back next year. -

We had issues on our arrival date due to an emergency at work and had to change cabins. There were some maintenence issues on the cabin we chose. We contacted Parkside and they moved us to the appalachian Lodge. It was beautiful! Absolutely amazing! The staff at Parkside was gracious and eager to help on everything. I would absolutely recommend them and this cabin to anyone. Thank y'all for the great time.

The cabin was awesome. Great hot tub!! Flat screen tv's in all of the living areas and bedrooms. The theater was had a wide screen, great sound, and great chairs.The grill was full us gas, of which we took advantage of!! We had a great time and we will be back!!

We traveled to TN for the second time in a month to spend the weekend with family. We had a maintenance issue with the cabin we rented so Parkside upgraded us to a larger cabin at no cost even though they had taken care of the maintenance problem. We have stayed with Parkside twice and both times the service has been excellent. Their customer service is unbeatable.

This was our annual brothers trip to the Smokies. The cabin was really nice and had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the theatre room. Each bedroom has it's own bath and TV. Even the towels were nice! Lewis and Rebecca were very pleasant in the office and were helpful on a couple of issues. They also had hot cider, coffee, hot chocolate and goodies to eat.
We hope to be able to come to Parkside Resort next year.
