Bring your family to this beautiful sunny and charming 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom home that will leave you relaxed and with great memories. This home sleeps up to 14 people comfortably. Wake up in one of the bedrooms that is either furnished with a twin-sized bed or a larger sized bed that sleeps two. Go downstairs to the fully equipped kitchen and prepare a delicious breakfast for the entire family to have together before heading out for a fun filled day. In the evenings have some family fun and play a game of pool all together.

the cabin was monstrous with all the perfect accommodations. our family had a wonderful time and we enjoyed the outside pool very much, we had looked forward to the movie night but bad weather was a factor so we didn't get to experience that. overall we had a great time, thanks.

Beautiful cabin. The Pictures are exactly what you get. A few things that rubbed us wrong, especially considering the price we paid. First the BBQ was disgusting. There were burned chunks of someone else's food stuck to it. We called the office - who to their credit sent someone quickly. The person showed up and scrubbed the grill for a bit and told us to lay tin foil on the grill because she couldn't get it any cleaner. Can you say Ghetto? Next we open the dishwasher - full of dirty dishes - yeah not so nice. Lastly one of the "clean" towels in one of the bathrooms had a former guests mascara smeared all over it - not good. All this said the views were beautiful, the home was beautiful, the company just needs to hire better people to clean these cabins. You can't charge $400+ a night and tell people to "lay some tin foil" over the burned food left on the BBQ and expect them to come back.

The Cabin was in excellent shape with all the amenities anyone could want including hot tub, billiards, air hockey, plenty of parking and a theater room. There are some problems however, mainly in the layout. There are 5 BR and 5 bathrooms - however there is no access to a bathroom without going through a bedroom. Unfortunately we had "babies" in every bedroom which caused issues at night. In addition, there are noisemakers on every floor, so if you have little ones your night time activities are very limited. The view is okay, not at the top of the mountain but certainly not at the bottom either. Close to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge was a plus (last light before heading into the park). Kitchen utensils were average at best, we bring our own when we rent (pots/pans) as they are usually very cheap. Furniture was good and the mattresses on the beds were very comfortable. Beware this subdivision is in its infancy and there will be a lot of construction over the coming months. There was a lot being cleared right next to our cabin when we were there. Luckily no hammer and nails. We enjoyed our stay but will probably look for something on top of Ober next time.

My friends and I visit a lot of cabins, but this one by far was the best one we have ever visited. Nice rooms, beautiful decor and very spacious. I only had a couple of problems: at check-in I had to stop in twice to sign the same piece of paper and I asked someone to come look at the satellite in one of the rooms and I don't think that they ever came to check it out. Finally, I read that I would get a group picture upon my arrival but when I inquired about it, I was told the photographer quit. I was a little let-down by that. Other than a few service issues, the stay was great and we thoroughly enjoyed the cabin. We can't wait to visit the Resort again!

We have our annual trip with a group of friends and family. It is always a great time. We loved the "Weekend at Birnies". The rooms are perfect with each one having there on bath and fireplace. The only negative is that we all wished there was a 1/2 bath for everyone to use on the main living area but we all just ran to our individual baths. We are repeat customers and will continue to book our reservations through Parkside Resort.
