Left on 09/26/2011 for a stay in September 2011
Our check-in was easy,on 9/15/11. I informed the lady that my dad had recieved a call about an Dr appt., on the way there, opening that he needed, he's 77, and the next day found out we had a death in the family, I only ask that my last two nites be used at a later date, I paid my 275$ a nite, she said she will ask "him" and let me know. I had to ask again on the day we were leaving,9/19/11, same answr. We will let you know. That is hard earned, saved up, money that they could easily keep in their bank acct., but give me my two nites, I was even adding a few more to those nites. The cabin was awesome and beautiful,very clean, comfy beds, and beautiful sunsets, close to main drag, love it!!! We had an amazing time, kinda stressful cuz of the worry about the loss of $550.00, wouldn't you? I made my reservations on the first of sept, in their paper work it says something about having 14 days till you check in to make a change, I think it was 14 days exactly.We had a great time, and will be back, always, we love the area enough to retire there.We enjoyed Cades Cove, the cars, Old Mill Shops, everything. Overall it was nice!!! Please make this right, please!!!
