We had the most amazing stay at allmost There (A Dollywood Cabin). The cabin was clean, comfortable, inviting... absolutely perfect for a family of five. The ladies at guest services were simply delightful and were more than accommodating. The location of the cabin was nice, although next time we are going to try one of the cabins up on the hill. As for what we liked best... that's a hard one. Everything was just outstanding!!! I highly recommend all families make the trek to The Smokey Mountains and stay in one of the fabulous Dollywood Cabins!!
Relaxing and enjoyable

We did the cabin and Dollywood tickets and Dixie Stampede ticket package. Everything was very nice. The down side is, the master bed is the only comfy bed in the cabin. Also, Dollywood rides don't run when temp is below 40 degrees. But they don't tell you that until after you pay and get in, very disappointing. I would do it again though.
uncomfortable ...that about sums it up

The cabin was much smaller then the pictures online portrayed which would have been okay had it been comfortable. The two sofas/sofa beds were worn out. When the upstairs sofa was closed and you at on it you sunk just about to the ground. Both of the sofa mattresses were pretty much nonexistent. The mattress on the double bed sunk completely in the middle. The master bedroom temperature stayed freezing cold while the rest of the cabin was warmed by the central heater. The temperature outside was in the teens and low twenties so no heat in a room uninsulated was pretty miserable for me. Kids did not sleep well so that was pretty miserable as well for us and them. I'm usually a pretty positive person and can find the up side but overall I was disappointed in what was portrayed on booking and what actually was.

Where do I start, to begin with, the cabin was a condo disguised as a cabin. No view, no trees, no privacy (windows overlooked other cabins with no coverings). Rented out as a sleeps 9, really only 1 couple and at best 3 kids. Prices outrageous. Granddaughters got to view 2 men urinating off their porch right behind us. Pots and pans had caked on food. All dishes had to be cleaned before we could use them. Stove was greasy. Mattresses were awful, especially on pull out beds. Linens all need to be replaced, felt like there was sand in bed with all sheets pilling up. Pillows need to be burned and replaced with protective covers on the new ones. No hot water, at least only enough for 2 showers, archaic Tv's, no big flat screens as advertised. Very cold, when asked to have more blankets, I got a voice message that they didn't have any so we had to go get our own. First 2 nights, we had to sleep in our clothes to keep warm, Swing broke when my son-in-law sat on it. Hot tub took 2 days to warm up. Maintenance stated that the cabin should have a larger hot water tank. He put the swing back together, but with no regard to safety. It is still not safe. We got stuck several times on the carpet tacks, so had to put rugs and towels down for safety. Management and quality control staff need to be retrained or replaced. Then on to Dollywood, way overpriced. Food in Backstage Restaurant was really bad, besides food being bad, we were seated in a back room right off kitchen.
A fun, exciting and interesting trip.

The service people were excellent.. The cabin was beautiful and in a perfect location. The second bedroom was very uncomfortable with a thin mattress with boards poking you in the back.. Although we did not stay at the cabin for any extended time we did find the furniture a bit sparse and uncomfortable. The air hockey table provided entertainment as well as the pool table which leans awkwardly. The cabin was near all main venues which made it perfect for all the sight seeing that we did. We will definitely return to the area, hopefully yearly.

It was very nicely decorated. It was an awesome cabin. My wife and I enjoyed our time and would recommend Dollywood cabins to our friends and family. Close to all attractions and restaurants, we couldn't have asked for a better, relaxing experience! Thank you ! Thank You!!

Amazing time and great memories with the family. We were able to bring our dogs for a reasonable fee and put our minds at ease so we could enjoy our family time together. We will be back.

I loved the fact that we didn't have keys. That was great. Would have liked more seating. Cabin supposedly slept 9 and there was only a couch and chair upstairs and a couch downstairs. We always wanted to hang out together but not enough seats for just the six of us. Our whirlpool started running in the middle of the night our third night there. The only way I could get it to shut off was to press the safety reset on the outlet type plate on the wall. I reported it that morning but never saw anyone coming to check it. Also could only watch tv on one tv because there was no hook ups on the one tv. Mattresses on bunk beds were terrible! The Q bots we received at Dollywood for staying in the cabin were great. But when we went to the waterpark we didn't get the "fast pass" there.

If, you have teenagers and need the space, a cabin is the way to go. Everyone has their own space, own bathroom, own tv. The hot tub and jacuzzi were great. The only things we didn't like were having to buy the extra necessities since there isn't daily maid service.
Our sheet and matress pad were old and torn, so we had to always fix them in the morning since they didn't stay on the bed. Finally, the pictures they show of the cabin are accurate. They are beautiful. However, the pictures they showed of our cabin looking out and viewing the Smokey Mountains were not from our cabin. We could not see the mountains at all. All we saw were other cabins.
More than we expected!

We stayed in Dollywood's "almost there" lodge type cabin fantastic kids had a blast very clean very comfortable staff was fantastic location was only a few miles from Dollywood just can't say enough. They made it easy with the tickets and the parking passes we pulled almost right up to the gate with the special parking area for Dollywood remtal customers thank you so much! I just can't say enough!
Had a nice experience...but

The cabins were nice, however, they could have featured a few more luxurious items, i.e. double sink in the master bedroom, separate shower, and some additional TV channels. For the nightly rental fee I don't feel that would have been too much to ask, I didn't feel I wanted to downgrade on vacation from what I have at home.
Ok..but not not great.

The rental property grounds were clean and the staff members at the front desk were very nice and friendly. The cabin on the other hand needs new furniture and carpeting. Couches are worn out and uncomfortable to sit on and the beds are also worn out and hard to sleep on. Also will not be renting this cabin again because the floor plan is not very well laid out for a family. Read more
Thank you very much for staying with Dollywood Cabins. We appreciate your valuable feedback for this cabin.
We will definitely make sure to take a closer look at the furniture and carpet in the cabin. Unfortunately with the bed it does seem to come down to personal preference however; we have several cabins that do have pillow top mattresses that might be more comfortable next time.
For your next visit, we will be more than happy to discuss a cabin floor plan that would better suit the needs of your family. With over 98 properties on our program there are several different options to choose from.
Once again, we thank you for choosing Dollywood Cabins and for taking the time better our guests’ experience.

This was an amazing place! We felt safe and secure while on vacation. It was a great cabin with a beautiful location. Only problem we had was king sized bed/mattress was hard as a rock. Hot tub, pool table, and air hockey table were fun extras. I wish the community pool was open.

The cabin was immaculate and we sure enjoyed the hot tub. We do wish there was a better water heater as the jacuzzi tub ran out of hot water before it even reached the jets. The pool table could use replacing as it was really wobbly and seemed unsafe especially if you have young children. Overall, however it was a great value.

After 5 weeks travelling through america's southern states with our 3 children we booked a long weekend in Dollywood in order to break up journey from Mississippi to Washington DC. It was much more than 5 weary travellers could have wished for!! Beautiful, well equipped, peaceful lodgings; close by amenities; fantastic entertainment at both Dollywood and Splash Country. We have travelled from Liverpool, England and can honestly say that Dollywood vacations will be the one place we will definitely come back to. Read more

This cute cabin was just perfect. We had two families with a total of 8 people and it was perfect.
My girls chose to sleep on the coach cushions instead of the roll out bed, and they slept great.
We were just minutes from Dollywood and all the perks that came with the Dollywood cabin rental made it even better.
We will do this package again for sure.

During the time I was researching this property, I was encouraged of the beautiful landscaping and the sunset/rise I will see overlooking the smokey mountains as I sit on my porch or in my hot tub. When we got there, it was a beautiful cottage however, the view, not so great. I was very disappointed that what I saw was a hill side of cottages looking at each other with no mountain view.
The pool was awesome. I wish it was open later. Since there is ample lighting and there are no life guards anyway, the pool should be open all night or at least until midnight.
The hottub was great. Unfortunately, the maintenance crew is very slim so our wait time was very long when our hottub circuit breaker went out.
The hot water didn't last long but other than that the cottage was great. It stayed very cool all day and night. The fireplaces were a beautiful touch. Having a fully functional kitchen was a wonderful plus. We utilized everything the cottage had to offer, except the jacuzzi in the master bedroom.
Allmost there a family hit!

My family loved staying at the cabin. We had enough room to spread out and enjoy ourselves even when we were all doing different things. The hot tub was great after a long day and the kids liked the resort pool. The location was central to everything and the dollywood park passes including the free parking and qbot made enjoying dollywood and the water park stress free!
The staff was wonderful. When we first arrived, the hot tub was empty and within a half hour after our call, someone came and filled it. The next day, we noticed wasps near the tub. Even though it was Sunday, someone came and addressed the problem immediately. He even made sure to wash off the deck afterwards so no dead wasps would be underfoot and accidently hurt us.
My only suggestion is to move the pool table - its too close to a few walls and you can't take a normal shot from those sides! Also, the sun pours in the big windows at the rear of the cabin in the morning so who ever sleeps on the pull out cough should be a very early riser!
Spacious, quiet, cozy getaway!

This was our family vacation. We had 5 adults and two children ages 14 & 10. The kids really enjoyed the air hockey and pool tables. The grandparents enjoyed the hot tub and deck. Everyone agreed this was one of the best family vacations. The cabin was beautiful and very spacious. We will be back!

the cabin was nice,I think the cleaning people were in a hurry so they forgot to vacuum our cabin so I had to call them back. A gal came over the next day, and she did apologize. There were certain areas in the house that when you walked poked your feet, it felt like there was nails sticking out in the floor. The master bed was hard as a rock and all the pillows were flat. Also the top of the bunk bed rail was loose which sort of scared me cause i didn't want my 4 year to fall out. It wasn't a bad stay, just some stuff they need to take care of before the next family stays there
