      Wonderful view of Pigeon Forge and the mountains

      Check in was quick and easy at the Dollywood Cabins office. We had to call later to get a key code for the condo we were staying in once it was ready. It was a little odd that the condominium complex didn't have a sign at the entrance so that you would know you were in the right spot. However, the condo we stayed in was beautifully decorated and right off the main strip in Pigeon Forge. The view was breathtaking. The condo came equipped with a full kitchen, dishes, silverware, pots, pans, glasses, a small load washer and dryer, ironing board and iron, a hairdryer in the master bath and two flat screen televisions, and wifi. It was in a very convenient location close to grocery stores, outlet shopping, and Dollywood. We are looking forward to staying there again next year.

      We had a wonderful time. The condo was large and clean. The kitchen utensils and cooking ware was somewhat scant so be prepared. Otherwise it was a great vacation. We will definitely be back.

      Great place to stay, just a little drafty. When the wind picked up you could really hear it. It was really clean and spacious. I would highly recommend staying at mountain view 1704.

      We stayed in one of the condos at mountain view this time, and we absolutley loved it! It was a huge condo and was very clean. We checked in late and there was a super nice security officer that took us to our condo and waited to make sure we got inside ok. This was the best place we have ever stayed!

      A wonderful experience!

      When we arrived, we were greeted by a vert helpful and courteous check-in agent. She was very knowledgeable about anything I asked her about. Unfortunately, the weather turned to rain as soon as I stepped out of the office, so we headed over to the condo. We were pleasantly surprised with the condo when we entered. It was a very large, clean and comfortable condo. We were only about 2 miles from Dollywood and right in the midddle of everything. Our condo was only about 150 yards off the main drag right behind the Ramada Inn. If the weather had been any warmer, we would've walked to just about all our destinations. The weather was a real downer, but we made the best of it. That and the fact that Dollywood was closed both Christmas Eve day and Christmas day was a bummer, but again, we made the best of it. Thank God the condo was as large as it was as we probably would've been in each others way constantly. The thing we liked best about the whole trip was the spacious confines of the condo where we stayed.

      Wonderful Winter Retreat

      This was the perfect condo for my famliy's winter vacation. The accommodations were spacious and well appointed. The views were wonderful and the location was near everything. I just wish we had more time to stay!

      Fun While Relaxing

      I loved our room, it was beautiful. But thought that having to check out at 10am was a little weird. I would have loved to have gotten to sleep that extra hour. But over all everything was great. :)

      Condos Comfort

      Situated on the hill up Plaza Drive, these modern Mountain View condos at Pigeon Forge are in a great location conveniently close to all the Parkway attractions with views of the smoky mountains from the lounge and bedroom balconies. There are seven floors of spacious condos with coded entries and handy luggage carts to take guests travel cases to rooms via lift. Each condo offers guests clean modern comfort including a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, spacious lounge and dining area, bedroom with large double bed, walk-in wardrobe, huge bathroom with a Jacuzzi bath, glass walled shower and 'his and hers' double wash basins. Check-in is a short distance away at the reception in McCarter Hollow Road. An enjoyable and comfortable four nights stay.

      We found this to be a nice unit for our family with children.The condo was clean and nicely decorated. The big draw back was the pool. After a hot day at Dollywood my children wanted to go swimming. The were great disappointed when we went to the very small pool and it was totally full. We could not swim at all. This was a big deal to my children. Especially after passing so many nice pools on the way to the condo. If you are going to build that many units a pool to accommodate those units so be required.

      The condominium rental was beautiful. It was very clean and spacious. The location was convenient to everything. Very Nice views and outdoor pool behind building. We did have a problem with the door lock. Dollywood's maintenance department replaced it quickly upon notification of the problem. Otherwise, everything was great.

      The room was perfect for a couple with children! We had a great time. The rental was quiet, and was just the retreat our family needed after a busy day. The only negatives were we found several roaches crawling around the floors, and the entry door appeared to have been kicked in at some point, which made us wonder how safe our condo actually was. I do not want to dwell on the negatives since everything else was perfect. We loved the location to everything downtown, as well as the service was the best! Thanks Dollywood!

      Great Vacation Over all-Mountain View 1407

      We really enjoyed our days in Dollywood and Splash Country and loved the layout of the condo, but the floors(both tile and carpet) needed to be cleaned. We were unable to walk around on the floor barefoot without getting our feet very dirty. There were also several small things in need of repair-blender didn't work, light was out under the microwave, and no bulb in one of the lamps in the living area. Overall we had a great time, but probably wouldn't stay there again.

      I loved the condo. Perfect size, 2 tv's, dishwasher, microwave, and wi-fi. It was perfect for my needs to stay connected and be able to get away from it all. The views from the patio were breathtaking. For once the pictures lived up to and exceeded my expectations. The staff upon arrival was friendly and informative about waht there was to do in Gatlinburg, and the benefits that came with staying in a Dollywood property. I can't wait to return again, it was one of the best birthday's I've had in a long time, thank you all for being so great!

      Mountain View 1704 is located right in the heart of Pigeon Forge. The view from the balcony was beautiful! You can get to everything in no time at all. The condo was a nice place to stay and was decorated well. The location and the price were the two things that were best about the condo. The bunk beds were a little cramped and it smelled a little like cigarette smoke. Other than that, it was a really nice place and we would stay there again.
