plenty of space and room. not too far away. roads leading to the place were a bit interesting to maneuver during the initial ride in. place was very clean with the exception of dead insects by windows. we loved the place and our stay! the upstairs bedroom is awesome because of thr high ceiling and great view!

The cabin was great. Had a great time. We took our trash to the office dumpsters so the racoons wouldn't get in it. Then we got deer corn and tossed it off the balcony. That really keep them busy on the ground and away from the home.
The mess on the ground looking down from the balconys on arrival was disgusting, but I called the office and they had a man come out and clean it up.
The drive way to the house was steep and deceptive. We had to find a place to turn around on the narrow road so we could back down the drive.
Overall a great experience, except for the above. The staff was very helpful, every time we called them. -

We have visited numerous of cabins and have loved them all but when we saw the view at a Perfect Getaway, we couldn't believe our eyes. This was the most amazing view we have ever seen. The cabin has privacy for several families to stay together while still having your own space. This cabin has everything you need to have a perfect getaway. Enjoyed the wildlife!!!

We love the cabin we had. It was awesome cause we saw a black bear 2 mornings in a row. My kids loved it. We love the mountains. The only thing is the hot tub wasnt hot enough. We will be back in the future.

The perfect getaway was perfect for our family (5 adults). The views from all the decks were spectacular. Backing up the drive was a little scary, but doable. Kitchen was well stocked with all the dishes, utensils we needed. By the end of the week there were crawling insects on the lower level. Recommend wearing shoes. Would definitely go back - but not with small children.

I want to first start off and say that I am 22 years old and me and my fiancé had never gone to Gatlinburg. The cabin we stayed in was absolutely gorgeous. We were towards the top of the mountain so at one point the road got a little bad and I had just bought a new car so I got a little quesy lol. The cabin was everything we wanted and gave us the romantic getaway we wanted as well. We will be more than happy to come back to the same place. Not to mention the price during the week days was exceptionally cheap compared to everywhere else with this quality of cabins. Thank you patriot getaways!!!'

The cabin was beautiful we just had a few problems while we were there. The phone was disconnected, no water pressure (if you were washing your hands in the bathroom then you couldn't was dishes) and the animals at night kept us all up. Not sure if it was rats or what but they were loud and was trying to get in the vents downstairs in the laundry room and game room.

We chose The Perfect Getaway for our first big family vacation. The cabin was breathtaking and suited every need for our family including easy accessibility for our sister who is disabled. The rooms were gorgeous and all provided amazing views and extreme comfort. We will probably stay here again the next time we visit Tennessee. Thank you so much for such a pleasant vacation!

Great house - out suited our needs due to change in the number of people in our party but wonderful - will consider staying there again if/when we return to the area!

It was easy to select this cabin from the website but when we drove to the cabin we were a little surprised that it was a 25-30 minute drive from Pigeon Forge. The views from the 3 decks were great, the floor plan of the cabin suited our 3 families just fine. We had only one little problem of mouse droppings in the mattress of the sofa bed. We called for an inflatable mattress for a couple of the children and it was delivered promptly with no problems. Other than that we had a wonderful stay. For the most part, the cabin was very clean and the service was very good. If you want a cabin that is out of the hustle-bustle with excellent mountain views, this would be the one to choose.

I am so glad I found american Patriot Getaways! The reservation process was so simple and I was amazed at the check-in process! All I had to do was send a text and I immediately received my lock box code. No hassles whatsoever! The last few miles of the drive to the cabin was a little scary, but I've only been to the mountains once before and am accustomed to the "lowcountry." The cabin was very clean and the hot tub on the deck was amazing with an excellent view. The photos do make the cabin look a bit larger than it really is, but it was still very nice. The master bedroom upstairs was not my favorite spot due to being able to hear lots of noises when all was quiet in the late night hours. It was more than likely mice or squirrels, but we just moved down to the other bedroom and slept just fine. I will definitely use american Patiot Getaways for my next mountain trip, although I will more than likely try out a new spot. Thanks aPG for a wonderful weekend of relaxation that was much needed!

A thunderstorm came up the first afternoon shortly after we checked in the house. When the power went off, we called the rental office and reported it. The rental office called and checked on us and gave us an update on the power. We appreciated the help and concern of the rental office. We loved the home. My 13 year old daughter said she was going to buy it when she grew up. The location was convenient. We were located in a private area, but it was very close to town. The road going to the property was a narrow lane, so careful driving was important. We saw it as an adventure each time we traveled the community road, but some people would be afraid of the road. The counter space was limited, but it was just my two young teenagers and me, so we got by okay. We didn't do much cooking, but did a lot of snacking. However, families may find there is not enough counter space. We loved the porch swing. We will rent this house again.
