We had originally been booked for another cabin, and american Patriot Getaways noticed the incline was too steep for our car. They went out of their way to move us to Eagle's Loft for the same price. They were sooo nice!
We went for my husband's birthday, and truly had a "heavenly" experience. The cabin looked just as it does in the pictures, and was very clean. The wrap around balcony provides phenomenal views of the Smoky Mountains! When the sun rises, there's a beautiful fog over the mountain in the morning. I took about a million pictures! It's very romantic for honeymoons, or anniversaries.
Eagle's Loft is located about 8 minutes from the main part of Gatlinburg, which is just perfect! You are able to have peace and quiet ,and still enjoy all the activities. Make sure you pay cloes attention to the directions, and look for the Hurst Hill Baptist Church signs as you are driving up the mountain roads, or you will get lost.
The only complaint I have is that the hot tub would not heat. We called, and asked them to come out. Although they fixed it, it was still just "warm" and not as hot as we would have liked.
We were very pleased, and will definitely use american Patirot Getaways again! -

The cabin was nice,not the best I have stayed in.The outside lighting could use some updating,the bushes needed trimming by the drive.over all we had a nice stay.There was no blinds in one of the bedrooms so we had to take one out of the living room.

My sister has special needs daughter and never leaves her. I surprised her with a weekend away without the daughter to Eagle's Loft. She is like a new person! It was just the right prescription for a much needed rest and relaxation! Location was excellent! Very comfortable! Lots of fun with the pool table, hot tub, and just the overall atmosphere! Beautiful cabin and will definitely want to stay here again!

We were not happy with the cabin. There were ants everywhere and the water smelled and had a horrible taste. We love Patriot, but will not stay at this cabin again.

While the view was beautiful and the cabin nice our overall expireance was greatly dimished by a maintance issue that was in no way resolved. We have rented with aPG at least twice a year for the past 5 years and have never been disappointed until now. Out of the 7 days we stayed we were only able to use the hot tub 1 time. We called at least 4 different times to be told that they would "send someone out". If they did we never saw them and they never bothered to let us know what was going on. One of the main reasons we spend the extra money and rent a cabin instead of staying in a hotel is for the hot tubs. Having memebers in our party that suffer from back problems, a hot tub is imperative for our being able to continue to go go go and enjoy our vacation. We've been loyal to aPG and haven't rented elsewhere even when we could get a better deal because up until now the customer service was tops. I'm not sure if we'll be renting from them again on our next trip.

It was amazing. Location wise it is one of the best - so peaceful yet best views of Smoky Mountains. The mist or fog in the morning was fantastic.
It had all the modern facilities. Excepting the hot tub which could not be made use of, everything else was well maintained and up to the mark.
It is difficult to realize that such a beautiful and peaceful accommodation exists in a busy tourist area in Pigeon Forge.

Everything was nice there were a few things that were not working. Some of of the issues we call custmoer service and they came out and fix it. Others we just let it slide by but wished we would have call about those as well. It is a nice layed out floor plan and it all being one floor is the best with small children.

We had a great experience, can't wait to go back. The location was very beautiful. It was nice to be away from the traffic but if it was neccessary to go to town you were only about 10 minutes out. I recommend this location for 4 wheel vehicles in the winter months because of the driveway.

We've rented a few cabins in the Pigeon Forge area. This one was very nice and perfect for us. We had 3 adults and 2 children with us...and we all enjoyed the view, the hot tub and the instant on fireplace.

The house was perfect. Plenty of room for 3 adults, 2 kids and 1 teenager. Everything provided was just what we needed, (games, movies, jacuzzi, BBQ, etc). The area was great for family. Restaurants and food establishments were great for family, kids included and very affordable. Everything to do for kids and adults too. Dollywood, Dixie Stampede, Hillbilly Golf, Wonderworks and more. We did it all. I highly recommend Pigeon Forge for family fun. Much less expensive that Disney. We will go again.

We arrived after dark and the check in was very easy. The cabin was all it says and more. Got up the next morning to one of the most breathtaking views that I have ever seen. Looking up that valley to the base of the Smokies was like looking at a picture on the wall. We will all return real soon, but our work schedules are tight right now. Everything went like clockwork from scheduling,arriving,to leaving. We will never hesitate to use american Patriot Getaways again and after others use them they will feel the same way. We are Buckeyes who love the Volunteer State very much.We have considered retiring there some day.
