When we arrived in Pigeon Forge we had reservations for a different cabin. We are from the flat lands of Indiana & just getting to that first cabin was traumatizing. By the time we "climbed" the mountain all 4 kids were terrified & in tears. We called the aPG office - they were understanding & kindly offered to find us another cabin with a lower elevation.
They showed us some photos of Indian Love Song, along with a few other cabins. I have to say the photos of ILS stunk. It looked cheap. But, it was the only cabin available with access to a swimming pool so we took it.
When we arrived at ILS, it was nestled in a cute little neighborhood (and the kids weren't crying when we got there). When we walked into the cabin we found that the decor was actually quite elegant. It had rich, colorful tones & was warm & inviting. The photos did not do it justice. It had a cowboy & indian theme throughout, which the kids absolutely loved. There was a hot tub on the porch, a nice view, great wooden rockers, a jacuzzi upstairs, two nice & comfy bedrooms, & two full bathrooms.
There were a few minor things that needed attention in this cabin: The cleaning crew did not check that the dishes were done properly by the previous tenants. We found several dishes in the cabinets that were greasy or had food stuck to them. The handle in the upstairs shower was broken (we didn't do it!). Plus, the toilet seat in the upper bathroom was very loose. The lid fell off at one point, but we were able to put it back on. Also, we were unable to get any hot water. It was only warm. The downstairs bed had a broken spring that was rather pokey. There was a fur hanging upstairs on the banister that was a nice decoration, but it was not a good place to put when you know there may be children around. It would shed whenever someone touched it. Hanging it on a wall would be better.
Overall we really enjoyed our stay at Indian Love Song & appreciate the great service of everyone at aPG! Thank you! -

No hot water to take a shower it didnt even get warm it was 12 oclock at night when i found out so i didnt call anyone to fix it it was to late to call anyone they told me it the cabin would be ready in a hour it was almost 2 in half hours before it was i was very unhappy we found trash in the bedroom that they miss i thought that was pretty nasty

We were moved to this unit when a Severe snow/ice storm made it impossible to get to the original unit we reserved. American Patriot went above and beyond to get us a unit we could get to. This was a nice unit and we loved the indoor Jacuzzi tub.
