For my first time being in Tennessee it was ok. It wasn't what I expected though. They need to work and update the cabin. There were many roaches. If I had to go back, I honestly would not stay in that cabin. But overall driving 15 hrs from CT to TN was a blast. Being in pigeon forge and Gatlinburg was also a blast.

There were several things that I feel we were disappointed in. It was supposed to be a wonderful womens retreat.The Gospel Fest at Dollywood is the main reason we travel to Pigeon Forge every year.However the cabin had cockroaches in it.They were on the countertop,on the top the cook stove, under the cook stove,in the master bathroom and the trash can by the fridge.We started to use dishes in the cabinet and had to wash them before we could use them because they were not clean.The outside motion light did not work the entire time we were there. One of the ladies had to use her cain for walking but she was really concerned that she might fall because that light did not work. We did go to aPG office and told them about the issues that were most disturbing to us.The maintenance men did show up and show us how to usse the shower downstairs because there were not any instructions on how to activate the shower head. We did not appreciate all the trash on the ground in the back of the cabin. After tis experience I don't think we will be so eager to rent from you next year. We paid $935 for that cabin and I think we got ripped off because of the aforementioned issues. Especially the cockroaches.The maintenance men said that they don't have roaches there, indicating that we brought them.I'm here to tell you that we did not because there were adult bugs and baby bugs.

We loved this cabin and how clean it was kept. Also love the area, however it didn't have enough room for our two Suv's and our motorcycle trailers. Hopefully next year we can rent a larger area for our Suv's, trailers and 3 motorcycles.

could not use jacuzzi tub, brown water came out of it. could not get the dvd to work. i should have called housekeeking while we were there. over all it was an enjoyable stay, just needed some freshening up. the sewage smell outside was an issue. tabitha and the rest of the crew were great to work with.

I'm sorry that you had problems during your stay. We have not had any complaints about a sewage smell outside the cabin, but I will have our maintenance guys check it out. I'm unclear from your statement, but it sounded like there was a problem with the cleanliness of the cabin. I want to apologize for this and I will pass this information along to the housekeeping mananger. Please know that you can always call housekeeping and we will dispatch someone immediately to correct any issues. The cabin was very relaxing and well decorated.
The sheets were dingy and the pillows had blood stains on them, so this could be improved on.
We had a nice time in the beautiful cabin as a family. It had everything you will need in a home away from home. -

There was bugs in the kitchen, garbage all over yard and ask Mangment 3 times before it was cleaned, bedspread stunk. On the hole it was a very bad cabin to pay money to stay in.

Ms. Chandler, I want to apologize for the problems you had during your stay. Our cabins are treated monthly by a nationally recognized pest control company. I will be sure and report your comments to them. I apologize that it took several calls for us to clean up the trash in the yard. As animals prepare for winter, they get very aggressive about getting into trashcans. October is a very busy time and our staff works very hard to handle all requests in a timely manner, not multiple calls. Again, I apologize for the problems and I hope you will give us another opportunity to earn your business.

A couple of friends and I rented this cabin for a weekend fishing trip. We had a fantastic time. The cabin is conveniently located in Pigeon Forge so that you feel like you are far away from everything, but you are actually only minutes away. The cabin was very clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.
