The service that aPG offers is very professional and friendly.As a previous renter I find the cabins to be just the way they are described. Always clean and comfortable. Whether you spend enough time indoors to use the cable, games, and hot tube they are there for your pleasure. As a motorcyclist I understand that the agent who rents the properties doesn't have first hand knowledge of the exact grounds of the property. Sometimes we trailer bikes to the mountains other times I ride the bike 600 miles. I never know what to expect until I arrive at the location as to the terrain. That's where the agents are limited to what is written on their description sheet. This time the approach was very steep which was not the worst but the driveway was all gravel and to pull park and leave the driveway was a challenge of skill and dangerous for a cycle rider. Cars wouldn't have a problem. But Bikers must beware of any mountain property. More than not with or without a trailer it can be unsettling. However I would rent with aPG again and I would just ask more questions and try to find an easier access property. It comes along with the territory as we are in the beautiful Smokeys Mtns.

Moutain do, you can't call it fancy, by any means. However, it was very close to town. And we had everything we needed. It's in a very peaceful area, we had no interruptions. Wonderful view, and a very cozy environment. It was just what we needed. I would definitely stay again.

The cabin was nice enough for what you have to pay. The Jacuzzi was okay but not all the jets were in working order, the same with the hot tub. The Bed was comfortable, but the t.v. in the bedroom had to be tuned into a channel via the living room first. There were cobwebs in the rafters and when the cleaning crew clean they need to move small furniture and clean underneath. The cabin was close to town and not hard to get too. The road getting to the cabin is not all that wide and does not allow cars in both directions the whole way. The next time we go to Tenn. we will definitely find another cabin, but for our first time this cabin was nice, especially since we did not plan a lot of time or spend a lot of time in the cabin itself.

We were on our honeymoon, the cabin was great, the view was simply beautiful. We will definely be back in the future for another stay. Next time we will get a cabin with the hot tub on the porch. We look forward to many stays with american Patriot Getaways.

really not a good ideal for a family not a lot of room and not good for older people stairs going up get slick when wet. If you are looking for a get away for you and someone special this is the place for you
