I was hesitant to book this place because the pictures weren't impressive but it was a great deal for being able to bring our pups with us. Loved that it was pet friendly without hidden fees.
I was pleasantly surprised by it though. Very cute and cosy. Great views at night. Loved all the glass. Felt secluded except in the front but still the houses are so far below you its not bad. Nice having a real fireplace but they should provide firewood. That was kinda ridiculous having to get my car dirty with firewood.
Things they need to get though.

I loved this cabin. The loft bed upstairs was very nice and there is an excellent city view. Wish I could go back every weekend. Thanks for the Stay.

The only issue was the drive up and down to the location and the steps up to the cabin, but was told about it in advance so we were "up to it".
Very nice facilities and as advertised - a great view. Highly recommend. -

This is a screened in porch cabin, but the screen really needs replacing. It was hard to find, but maybe my fault. You can't check your milage when your going uphill in those mountains. The view is really not more than the cabins in front of you. Couldn't see Pigeon Forge as stated in the write up. Other than that, it was nice.

After examining the descriptions of several cabins, my husband and I chose Smoky Mountain Romance for our annual anniversary trip.
We drove up a day early and spent the night in a motel. The next day, we called to see if we could get in the cabin early as rain was coming in. We were assured that we could, so we headed to good ole' Wally World to get our supplies. Then we drove up, waaay up, to our cabin. By the time that we got there, a steady rain was coming down. The description of the cabin mentioned that there were steps, but it did not prepare us for what lay ahead. There were 43 steps from the parking area to the cabin (Yes, I counted them...each and every time I made the trip to and from the car to bring in the supplies!) The steps were steep and in bad repair, very slippery. I slipped down but was not badly hurt, just a bruised leg and a pair of verrry muddy jeans.
The cabin was small, but clean and cozy. We enjoyed the hot tub and the view from the deck was spectacular! There was a charcoal grill and my husband made use of that. I enjoyed the jacuzzi a time or two also.
The loft bedroom was small but nice.
Things needed in the cabin: A whisk, a pizza pan, a better dust pan. A mop.
The cabin was in a good location...a few minutes from Pigeon Forge and perhaps ten or less minutes to Gatlinburg.
We went into Gatlinburg to walk the strip, as we do every year. There are a few places that we always stop by---All Sauced Up and The Mountain Mall are two of them. The weather was not bad. Not shirt sleeve warm but not icicle cold either.
My husband and I enjoyed our trip immensely. The cabin was romantic but, because of the dangerous steps, I cannot, with a good conscience, recommend it to anyone. Now, on the other hand, if the steps were repaired, I would say go on up. It's worth the climb!
