This non-smoking cedar cabin offers 2000 square feet of wonderful cozy comfort. This Pinetop Rental Cabin is completely furnished, and includes every amenity you’ll ever need, plus so much more! Wonderfully appointed authentic cedar cabin nestled in the tall pines of the White Mountains within the Pinetop Lakes Country Club area - minutes from hiking, golfing, fishing, boating, horseback riding, snow skiing, casino plus so much more. Upon arrival you will be greeted with our KOBEY'S COZY CABIN GIFT BASKET filled with some necessities to start your vacation off right, so don't worry if you do not have something for the kids or yourself to munch on when you arrive. Our gift baskets consist of chips and salsa, soup and chili, crackers and cookies, suckers, popcorn and water... you will also receive our welcome letter in which all our vacation rentals are famous for. Our guests always say they took our advice as to where to find the closest and best grocery stores, restaurants, picnic, the cheapest & closest gas, pubs, liquor stores, the best pizza, and local hot spots. And of course where to golf, hike, tour, fish, canoe, horseback ride etc… And all of this is within minutes of the cabin! We have tried to think of everything we would want at our fingertips when we are on vacation. And if there is something you would like us to do to make your vacation extra special please let us know and we will do our best.

KOBEY'S COZY CABIN can sleep: 7 in beds, 4 in our comfy high profile air mattresses, and up to 2 more young ones on couches in the great room. There is a wonderful pillow top king-size bed in the master bedroom, one pillow top queen bed in the Victorian Room, and a full/twin wood bunk bed in the room we call ‘the bunkhouse.’ This home best suits 7, but we have had as many as 14. Now that is a tight fit!

AMENITIES: Easy Gas Fireplace (No mess to clean up), High Definition Flat Screen TVs with DVR & Cable, warm bed linens & plenty of blankets, 2 large covered redwood decks, full kitchen, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, washer & dryer, large gas grill (BBQ), cooking utensils, & linens.
