Two Bedroom First Floor Split Level Apartment Tuscany Coast
Cipresseto 4 is a characteristic apartment on the first floor of a lovely restored farmhouse ideally situated in the countryside yet within easy reach of the gorgeous Tuscan coast and its sandy beaches. In the well kept grounds surrounding the house is a lovely swimming pool bordered by a sun terrace and there is a veranda area with tables and chairs for guests use.
This lovely farmhouse has been lovingly restored and now forms just seven pretty apartments. Cipresseto 4, on the first floor, is comfortably furnished in typical Tuscan style and has a homely and inviting at...mosphere. It consists of a pretty living room with settee (which converts to a double bed on request), satellite television, dining table and chairs, and country style kitchen area. There is a comfortable double bedroom, a shower room and a spiral staircase leads from the living room to a gallery floor above where there is a bedroom area with two single beds (converts to a double on request) and very low sloping ceiling.
Modern comforts including satellite television, and Wi Fi internet access have been added and the attentive owners have also fitted fly screens and air conditioning to the apartment. There is a barbecue for guests use and a communal washing machine.
The house is surrounded by well kept grounds with lawns, mature trees and pots brimming with flowers. In a lovely position in the gardens in front of the house is an azure swimming pool (16m x 8m) and little children?s pool both surrounded by a sun terrace complete with loungers, sun umbrellas and secluded by hedges.
Other restored annexes on the estate, form a little reception and a lovely communal room with glass patio doors opening onto a pretty veranda terrace where there are tables and chairs outside for dining al fresco. Breakfast and dinner can be served here on request (prebookable), or it can be used as a communal sitting area for reading or relaxing.
The beautiful Tuscan coast line with its pretty beaches is easily reached, the closest, at Rio Torto is just 5km away and the lovely bay of Baratti overlooked by the interesting historical town of Populonia is only about 15 minutes away by car. As well as being ideally located to enjoy the wonderful beaches, there is plenty to see in the area. Lovely nature parks, Etruscan ruins, and gorgeous hill towns such as Bolgheri and Canneto are all close by, even the Island of Elba is easily accessible via the ferry port just a short drive away. A little further afield the famous towns of San Gimignano, Volterra, and Pisa, to name but a few, are wonderful days out.
