Suitable for families and friends seeking a quiet relxaing location from which to enjoy Pipa .Sleeps maximun of 10 people, 4 bathrooms, 2 lounges, sun deck and excellent kitchen facilities.All bedrooms have air conditioning. There is an outdoor barbecue area and shower.Parking for cars on site.

A 70 % deposit is required and completion of a contract to confirm your reservation. Payment to be made by Bank transfer- no cheques accepted. The final 30 % together with the breakage deposit are payable at check - in or by bank transfer to arrive the day before your arrival.

The house is absolutely gorgeous, very spacious, with a fantastic private pool and an infinity border that faces pure nature.
The rooms are very big, with air-con in each room, the beds are huge with soft bed linens, beautiful and spacious bathrooms. The house has a very nice kitchen with everything you may need and there is a washing machine which is also very useful.
The house is so big that each couple can have its privacy while sharing a great experience.
My favourite was definitely the pool, the deck and the greens and sea view! I hope to come back soon! -

The house is beautiful! I felt extremely comfortable there, because of the modern decor and the brightness of the house. It is close to everywhere and you can even see the sea from the balcony! I cannot fault Casa Ixani and would stay there again, everytime!

....especially as the villa has a beautiful infinity pool with views of the sea, a large, well-equipped kitchen and 5 large bedrooms for family or friends. But once you venture down the hill, to the sea, you have a choice of beaches all around 5 minutes walk away. There's also a local bus which takes you straight to the nearby beach where you can spot dolphins. Restaurants, bars and shops are also just down the hill on the main road in Pipa and you can opt for fine dining in restaurants with chefs from around the world or pizza and pancakes or my favourite - Brazilian burgers!
