The Bed&Breakfast; is situated in an elegant late XIX century building, only 200 m away from the famous Leaning Tower of Pisa. We have named it “A Casa a Pisa” (as at home in Pisa) as we wished that all our guests would feel in Pisa as “at home”.

The studios, which have been recently renovated and offer comfortable facilities, are on the ground floor of the house and are composed by a large room, a kitchenette and a bathroom with shower and hairdryer. All have free Internet wi-fi access and have all the comforts, right as “at home”. The 3 studios have direct access to a wonderful interior garden, just reserved for the gue...sts, where, when the weather allows, it is served the abundant breakfast already included in the fee.

The splendid location right in the centre of the town, the easily reachable position either by public transports or with private car, the quiet atmosphere, the generous breakfasts, the kindness of the staff, beyond the extremely convenient fees and the possibility to communicate in many languages, made our structure particularly appreciated and confirmed by the many guests, Italians and foreigners, that since 2001 have repeatedly experienced to feel as “at home in Pisa”.

On demand a free shuttle service is supplied to and from airport or railways station.

In case of guests with private car, the municipality have supplied tickets that make possible the parking all over the town, except of course that in the Area of Restricted Traffic the accesses of which are watched by cameras.

We are also happy to arrange tourist, cultural, wine-tasting and gastronomic tours; to rent bicycles, motorbikes, cars; to organize visits to shows and art exhibitions; to manage a shuttle service to and from the airport, the station and other destinations.

Additional Location Information

Tuscany has not need to be described, and neither Pisa does: and we are in the center of Pisa! 200 metres away from tha famous Leaning Tower we are located right at the corner of the most ancient botanical garden of Europe. Conveniently situated in an easily reachable position either by public transport (direct bus line to/from Pisa airport, as well as to/from the railway station), or by private car, the B&B;’s location allows you to walk to most of the main monuments or places of interest in town. Most of the Faculties of the 3 Universities, theatres, museums, hospitals, shopping centres, and so on, are within walking distance. Forget the stress of traffic and parking, and enjoy again the pleasure of city life at a slower pace and on a human scale.
There are 3 rooms, all with bathrooms en suite. Some rooms also have a small kitchenette, ideal for weekly stays.
All the rooms, which are quite large and simply furnished, have heating, TV and Internet wireless access. The bathrooms are with showers and there are hairdryers. All the rooms have direct access to the wonderful internal courtyard and garden, reserved only for the guests The garden constitutes a source of justified pride for Marianne, who looks after it with loving care. Armando, for his part, is proud of the delicious breakfasts, which are served in the garden whenever the weather permits.
The abundant breakfast is included in the rate, and room service is also possible, if desired.
Bed linen and towels are also included, as well as the weekly cleaning of the rooms and change of linen. If preferred, the towels and sheets can be changed on demand. Marianne and Armando are also happy to arrange tourist, cultural, wine-tasting and gastronomic tours; to rent bicycles, motorbikes, cars; to organize visits to shows and art exhibitions; to manage a shuttle service to and from the airport, the station and other destinations.
