This apartment is for you if you want to treat yourselves to a relaxing stay in a charming building of 16th century with frescos and nice garden. It is an exceptional location to enjoy an holiday in a tuscan town.

With a superb location in Pisa's historic centre, a charming home for an amazing stay.

The apartment, of 54 sqm, is composed of an entrance hall, bathroom, large room of 24sqm with double bed, kitchen, second bedroom with bed and pouf-bed. It is best for solo travellers, couples, or families up to four people.

Very quiet and cosy, all rooms are facing towards the garden- and the courtyard of propriety . The r...ooms have vaulted ceilings, warm in winter and cool in summer. There are modern and ancient furniture.

All beds have new structures, mattresses and pillows. The bedroom has a piano available to be played, a TV LED 32".

The kitchen is equipped for all needs and has a refrigerator, microwave, espresso machine, stove with 4 fires, kettle, ironing board and iron.

The apartment, is 100m from Arno River and Lungarno Mediceo and it is 10 minute walk from the Leaning Tower (Torre di Pisa).

The area is sourraunded of shops, three of the most important universities in Italy (Scuola Sant'Anna, Scuola Normale Superiore and University of Pisa); the Verdi Theatre (70m), where every year there are an interesting billboard concerts, opera, drama and dance; the National Museum of San Matteo, which contains collections of medieval works (sculptures and paintings wooden) of great value.

Andrea street, connects Piazza della Repubblica, said the Court, (here overlooking the birthplace of Galileo Galilei and shortly afterwards the Teatro Verdi, with the beautiful Piazza San Francesco, where is the magnificent Church and Convent of San Francisco, just over the Church of St. Catherine and the magnificent space which overlooks.

From our house is just a few minutes walk throughout the whole historic center, which can be discovered without a program! Give to some wonderful discoveries.

A small supermarket is 150 m from the house, with good food and ready meals. Bars, pubs, wine bars, pubs, restaurants and pizzerias are all at your feet and for all budgets. Every day and in the nearby Piazza delle Vettovaglie takes a typical market of vegetables and fruits and vegetables in our area.

For those who wish, we have the Regional Park of San Rossore easily reached by bicycle with bicycle route in 6 km, beautiful well-maintained and pristine, where you can take guided tours, tasting local products, watch horse racing, hiking horse.

Crossing the Ponte di Mezzo from Lungarno Mediceo and along Corso Italy, central street full of shops, you get in 15 'to the Central Railway Station. From our base you can explore the charming little villages that surround treasures of history, architecture and nature to visit the village of Calci about 20 minutes by bus and its magnificent Certosa, the Convent of Nicosia, the Montemagno on the Pisan hills, the city of Lucca, just 19km, a beautiful city surrounded by ramparts and little gem of medieval town (here every third Sunday of the month there is a large antique market that is increasingly attracting lovers of the sector), the ' Etruscan Volterra 55km, finally the sea, 12km to the beautiful Marina di Pisa and Tirrenia just beyond, as well as at 17km, the beautiful beach with dunes of Marina di Vecchiano, with beach, pine forest and sea.
